VIT Vellore Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

From 4th year students are eligible for the placements, and yes VIT offers campus placements. The heights package this year was 88lakhs from motorq, and average package was approx 6 lakhs. My plans after the degree is getting placed and start earning.

4th year (7th sem). Usually around 700 compaines come to campuses. Around 9-10 thousand offers are given out. Average package is around 9 lpa and highest is around 1 cr pa. About 95% placement is claimed by vit

From the 7th semester onwards, one becomes eligible for the placements given that there is no active backlog and the overall cgpa is more than 7. Several reputed companies including Google, Microsoft, Adobe, Nvidia, DeShaw, etc visit campus every year and recruits a good number of people. The highest package goes at around 1 Cr whereas the average CTC goes around 10 lpa. At the end of the placement cycle, almost everyone gets placed. I too got placed similarly and are planning to continue working.

I chose my course because I honestly like to code, and I have had Python and C++ in my curriculum till now. The curriculum is pretty relevant for the current market, and gives you a fair amount of insight into the subject. It gives you real learning opportunities when you prepare for group projects, and is a good base for further academic pursuits. It however could include practical learning through the use of projects, but is a good system regardless. The teachers sometimes do not provide you a PDF for the modules they cover, which I think should be made compulsary in every course. The exams and their timings are evenly spaced, giving enough time for learning and practicing.

Teachers are really good they are good at tea hing they teach good and best college in my opinion the vit college also provide good. Jons in future you will get a best job if you choose vit go for it ..

Usually , there is not any particular sem . If set number of credits are over for the student, then he or she will become eligible. So usually it will be in 6th sem . Mostly 70-80 percent of the students get placed . And almost everyone would atleast have the opportunity to get an internship. And my plans after getting the degree is to work . I thought of studying abroad. But I guess if I land a good hefty paying job. I'll just connsidre working

Very good placemwnts 100% placements . Packages of 1cr+ have also been reported. Many students have been placed outside India with gigantic packages. Over 400 companies visited pur college with good job offers.

The internships begin right after the 5th sem is over we had a wide variety of companies from microsoft to optum, the selections are fairly less and is mostly based on gpa. The on campus placements begins from 7th sem onwards we had Google , Zomato all these began names show up for the first half and as the time goes by the packages started to decrease.Mostly beign around 8-9lpa . Highest package was from Motorq of 1cr and percentage of students placed till now is 50%. I would like to do corporate jobs right after the degree ends

For BBA, their placements are Good according to their Fees Structure My batch is Currently sitting for placements ,as of now the packages range was between 2 to 5lpa per Annum The highest package will be around 5lpa but only 2 students will get that rest all will get the average and lowest packages Their average package are around 3lpa The lowest is 2lpa Mostly they place you in Startups from bangalore and Chennai location, Mostly the roles will be Sales and Business Development And also Some Finance role will be offered but rare. And if you have an Good academic record without any active backlogs with a GPA of above 8, you will be Easily get placed
