The fee is 63000 per semester and varies with the number of courses per sem. There is only a>10000 fee for government-registered courses like B.Sc.(Hons Agri.). i pay the fee as it is a self-supporting course Scholarship is available for all categories, like for the community, the army and all There is no hostel fee, but the mess fee is a must to pay at 4000/month

Beautiful experience on TNAU, Coimbatore

The fee hike is not so much and the cost of study is affordable. You can also avail of your scholarship based on caste BC MBC SC/ST. Mostly all agri seed and fertilizers industries came for campus interviews even some banks like federal axis etc, for agri marketing jobs.

A Brief about TNAU

Fees are broadly divided into two categories one is science and the other is technology stream. Fees for the science stream are nearly 20000 per semester and for the technology stream is 60000 per semester. I got no scholarships. Hostel fees range from 3000 to 4000 per month.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Our syllabus had been updated during 2017. Our curriculum is quite good and we have classes from 7.30 a.m- 5.30 p.m. We have good exposure to Field visit and Practical laboratories are quite good. Practical sessions would be quite interesting than Theory sessions. Syllabus is vast and it helps us to explore more into our field. Industrial visit: We have many number of Industrial visits during our course. During second year, we had visited Agricultural Industries and Research Stations situated in Tamil Nadu. During final year, we are expected to have Industries and Institutions in Hyderabad, Gujarat, Mumbai,etc. and the most prestigious IAS training institute,LBSNAA,Mussorie. Also, we had any outdoor classes in Plywood,Match industry in Mettupalayam. Faculties : They mentor us in a better way and notably, Murugananthi mam, Muralidharan Sir, Mahendran sir, Bhagiyavathy mam, Nalina mam, Thiribhuvana mam, Rohini mam,Sudhagar mam, Lavanya mam,Malarkodi mam,Balaji sir helped me whenever I asked help from them.
