SRM University Chennai Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The curriculum doesn't make us focused at alll alll it cares about it is its feee the exams are so quick that we wake up and open eye there ll be a exam not time to sleep properly asw just exams every weeek

The course curriculum is very good as they introduce several languages like French German and Japanese in their curriculum in the first year itself and they properly switched to computer science based subjects in the second year itself

There are more than 50+ companies are there and also IT department show 100 percentage of placements every year... Multi national companies like Amazon, Google, Infosys,Nestle also comes for the placements.

I knew a bit about placements, companies will reach out to our college in our 6th semester. Companies which have visited our college are tcs, Deloitte, Accenture etc We have lot of choices when it comes to placement drive. Placements here will have 3 tires one is 30k per month and other two having more skills based on their course like 1Lpa or 2LPA this is of other 2 tires This is how placement will be going on. As per my knowledge 4th yr students have just passed few days ago most of them are placed Rate of placement:80% My plans after my betch is to go abroad for higher studies and get job in a reputed company.

Placements are good ,people get mass selected and hence ratio is good but average salary is 400000-500000 ,cause it has connections with many company but than you won't able to work in your chosen field as you would be mass selected for small works compared to your qualifications

Placement at my college is excelent wit among 300 visiting campus ad process is still ongoing Students eligible for campus placements starting from 3rd sem Some companies visit include amaazon, Wells Fargo,Barclays and other top firms like TCS,Capgemini , Cognizant (mass recruiters) highest package offered is 20 lpa average 7-10 lpa as for my plans I'm placed in epam system as software engineer role

If I don't get placement I will go for master degree in some good college and after i will search for some jobs after getting some experience i will start my own business related to my engineering branch

After the completion of 5th semester students will be eligible for internships and placements. Mckinley rice is company i know which visited in SRM and did not make any offer. Highest package is 32lpa, Average package is 5lpa. 30%-35% students have got the placements. My plans after getting the degree depends on that time what will be my plans and the state of mind i will be in at that time.

Students become eligible for placements in the last sem There are a lot of companies visited SRM like TCS, and many other MNCS are also coming in SRM Highest package was 52LPA Students percentage of placement is 95% And the median salary is 6.1 LPA

Form 6th semester the students are eligible for the campus placements it depends upon individuals. There are more than hundreds of companies visiting every year with minimum packages of ten lakhs and the highest package is arounf seventy-five lakhs to one crore. For the course computer science engineering the placement percentage is 100 and other courses is 80 to 90 persent. After getting my degree ut depends upon my package and opportunities
