Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility:
- Candidates for B.Arch. programme are selected through counselling based on the rank secured in the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) and in the qualifying examination
- Candidates should have passed 10 +2 examination (HSC/ CBSE /ISC etc.) or any other equivalent examination with a minimum aggregate of 50% of Marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. They should have studied English as subjects of study.
Age Limit:
- Candidates date of birth should fall on after 1st July 1998

NATA or JEE (Architecture)

To become an architect has always been my dream and I'm very glad that I was lucky enough to chase my dream, thanks to the teachers to have made me what I am now. Crescent had a well planned and structured curriculum backed up by hands-on workshops every now and then. The experienced faculties offered their valuable input when needed in addition to thoroughly explaining the concepts schematically. They also guided us through our semester exams putting forward revision sessions.

Architecture is a course that can be studied only with true interest and passion. At first, I was afraid that since I don't have good sketching abilities whether I will be able to do the course, but the faculty were supportive from the beginning that there is more to architecture than just sketch. the course structure was also deliberately designed to make sure that the students were able to cater to all ends without feeling inadequate.

i choose this course because its a creative course where you design something,that will test time and be a part of the history and landmark unlike other courses.The faculty to student ratio is almost like 1:10 ,that is approximately 1 faculty for 10 students. The faculties at crescent are highly qualified and almost 97% of the faculty were also in practicing and many are also still in practice,this help them to train us and guide us relating to the practicality of architecture field. We have periodic term exams,we dint worry about it,as we are taught clearly,all we need is to be is attentive in class.We also have revision after every unit ,which is enough to score good marks without even reading it again.

Curriculum & content of the course are in relevance to the current industry demands, the faculties here are practicing designers and they conduct internal reviews with the experts from the industry as one their panel members which will help the students in networking with the industry seniors & pioneers from the very beginning of their career & as a student she has more exposure when interacting with those industry pioneers. It helps her in understanding the demands of the ACTUAL INDUSTRY.
