Eligibility Criteria

Aspriants seeking admission to B.Arch Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.

Academic Requirement:

Minimum aggregate of 50% marks in Maths, Physics and Chemistry in 12^th examination of 10+2 system from a recognized board.

Entrance Exam:

Candidate should clear NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) or JEE (Architecture) exam.

Age Limit:

Candidates date of birth should fall on or after 1st July 1997.

NOTE:

Candidates are selected for admission to B.Arch. Programme based on their merit in Qualifying Examination (10 +2) and score obtained in NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture).

Course Details

Candidates having 80 – 99.99 marks in 10+2 examination should have to pay Tution fees of Rs.100000* per semester.

Candidates having 100 – 119.99 marks in 10+2 examination should have to pay Tution fees of Rs.87500* per semester.

Candidates having 120 – 139.99 marks in 10+2 examination should have to pay Tution fees of Rs.75000* per semester.

Candidates having 140 & above marks in 10+2 examination should have to pay Tution fees of Rs.62500* per semester.

Course Curriculum Overview:

i choose this course because its a creative course where you design something,that will test time and be a part of the history and landmark unlike other courses.The faculty to student ratio is almost like 1:10 ,that is approximately 1 faculty for 10 students. The faculties at crescent are highly qualified and almost 97% of the faculty were also in practicing and many are also still in practice,this help them to train us and guide us relating to the practicality of architecture field. We have periodic term exams,we dint worry about it,as we are taught clearly,all we need is to be is attentive in class.We also have revision after every unit ,which is enough to score good marks without even reading it again.

BEST PLACE TO STUDY ARCHITECTURE & INTERIOR DESIGN COURSE

Course Curriculum Overview:

The architecture was what I was dreaming about and we found everything in crescent (teaching methods, special programs, etc)which matches my requirement, They have well qualified and experienced faculties -For every 10-15 students there will be one faculty to guide and monitor them-exams are actually easy because it been thought in such a way that we can understand it easily and most of the assignments are hands-on.
