I was actually looking for colleges that had good infrastructure, students support systems, and profile of the faculty which is going to have an impact on my future.

Course Curriculum Overview

Architecture is a course that can be studied only with true interest and passion. At first, I was afraid that since I don't have good sketching abilities whether I will be able to do the course, but the faculty were supportive from the beginning that there is more to architecture than just sketch. the course structure was also deliberately designed to make sure that the students were able to cater to all ends without feeling inadequate.

Course Fees: INR 150000 per year

Internships Opportunities

A fourth-year internship is a mandatory part of the academics for the 5-year B.Arch degree program. The internship is supported by the college by having intermediate reviews in which follow up was given in all aspects.

Placement Experience

We have at least two external members who are full- time practicing architects with full-fledged offices who are practicing in the city who were able to provide us with proper support during Internship training and finding a job after that was easy since we were exposed to our fields with ease.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees structure is affordable, price to the infrastructure, and faculty support. We were exposed to many case study trips, guest lectures from various important Architects from the field, scholarship for deserving minority students.

Campus Life

We have Design Festo events conducted every even semester of the year, case study trips planned for all projects, extracurricular activities in all aspects were encouraged provided that we complete the tasks for the education then and there

Interview Experience

We had interviews with the DIrector Admissions and other members of the board before the admissions. We were also looked into our NATA scores and 12th score for admissions.

The placements in our campus for B Tech students in definitely top 5 in this country. Salaries averagin at 20 lpa has been the standard for the past few years. The placements for architecture are a little glim, but I guess that's the case everywhere

Architecture amidst serene greenery

Course Curriculum Overview:

The duration of the course is 5 years with 10 semesters in total. I think this is good period of time to learn architecture. Each semester has five theory subjects and one design subject. The design subject deals with designing buildings with given brief without any plagiagrism. The other five theory subjects are quite easy other than the subjects that involves maths, which requires practice and learning. all the nine semesters are quite conceptualized, whereas the internship semester gives an idea on how the real world of architecture industry works. Though the syllabus is old all over india, it might be for betterent if the practical learning is involved in all semesters.

ONE OF THE BEST CAMPUS AMONGST ALL NITs. NIT TRICHY.

Placement Experience:

Placement happens in the fourth year before the final semester. Multiple companies offers jobs like Google, Amazon, Instagram etc. Average salary package is around 50LPA 95 percent of students get placed in average There is no campus placement for architecture.

BSA CRESCENT, THE BRUTAL TRUTH

The affordability combined with the half-decent nirf ranking is what made me want to choose this college. One of the ther college i got admission from is Satyabama, which i didnt go through with is partly becuase of how strict the college is, and also because it is slightly more expensive than Crescent. Hindustan and KCG are some of the other i didn't go through with, the reason being their lower nirf rankings. I wasn't rejected from any of the colleges because i only applied to colleges i had a realistic chance of getting in. BS Abdur Rahman has it's own entrance examinations which are conducted 3 times. They dont determine your fees structure, but they do determine the course/department you get. the better you perform at the entrance exam, the more likely you are you get the course of your choosing. Overall experience in cresent school of law

I've visited the campus , it was greenly and peaceful ! And then fee structure was manageable and there is no extra charges unwanted payments apart from the tution fee ! There is no donation like theft ! It makes me join this college !
