SLIET Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

According to official stats provided by the institute, the placements are good. Since I am currently in my second year, I can't comment about it. But, according to official data, the placement is highest in the Computer Science branch. About my plans after the degree, I haven't decided and still exploring various fields and acquiring more knowledge - just to make sure that I make a well-informed decision (this time).

In the 7th or 8th semester,, students became eligible for placement. Many companies visited here like Wipro, Infosys, sona, byju. The highest package is 12 lakh and the lowest package is 4 lakh. About 60 percentage students are placed here.

Placements in our college are average. After the 7th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. The average placement this year was 4 LPA. TCS, Infosys, Wipro are some of the companies that hire students from SLIET. The highest package offered this year was 23L p.a. from Walmart and the lowest package offered was 3.6 LPA. More than 90% from CSE, 75% from ECE, EE and Mechanical students have been placed this year (2021). I will sit for placements after my degree. Also, some students study for GATE, MBA and further studies. There is a central library which has sufficient books for all types of needs.

After the 7th semester, students become eligible for placements. Very few companies visit our college like TCS, INFOSYS, CAPGEMINI, Mahindra, COGNIZANT. The highest package of 7 LPA is offered in on campus placement And the lowest package of 1.6 LPA. if talking about off campus then this year it is around 23 LPA which is the highest ever in the history of SLIET. Very few students got placements who really worked hard during their academic years, hardly 10 -15 students get placed from the CSE batch. And 5-10 students from others branches. I want to get placements, if not then I will go for Competitive exams like GATE, BANK etc.

The placements are average at SLIET. Students become eligible for placements in their 4th year. This year almost all students(85% - 90%) got placed and the highest package offered was 23 LPA from Walmart, the lowest package was 3.5 LPA and the average package was 4-5 LPA. The top recruiting companies were Microsoft, Walmart, HCL, Cognizant, TCS, Infogain, and Infosys. Some Students got internship opportunities at TCS, 1k Kirana, NCR Corporation etc.

Students are eligible for placements after 3rd semester. lots of companies visited in previous years like -Mahindra, tata, Maruti Suzuki, Infosys, etc. For the computer science, the program average package is 4.2 lakhs and highest is 23 LPA. About 83 percent of students every year got placement in companies. My plan is to work for Infosys after my graduation degree.

As a computer science and engineering are on demanding a trade and get placed well, that's why I chose Computer science and engineering. The qualifications of the faculty - at least Ph.D. in respective streams. There is minor and major exam once in a semester. The exams are not tough as no one passes them. The exams are easy.

The students are eligible for campus placements in pre-final semester of the course. Companies like TCS, GVK etc are regular for university campus placements. Average packages around Rs. 4-5 lakhs CTC.

1) Students getting placement in every year at higher package. Various companies are coming in the campus in every year and hiring students Like Infiysis, tata, maruti etc 2) after getting the degree I opt m. Tech

This college is NBA aggregated .so company are coming every years. In this yr Highest packege is 23 lac in Walmart . There are 100% placement in diploma . beaucuse very less people wnat to get job after diploma.But in BTech computer department are good in placement as well as food department . After that In all stream placement is good
