Remarks
To take admission in sliet, first of all, you must clear jee mains and obtain a good percentile and after you should be counselling through jossa and csab. If you get a sit through jossa or csab then you must pay your 1 sem fee and upload all the required documents before the deadline. Maybe there is no age limit because you have only two chances to participate in jee mains after 12.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course because cs is the best branch in this college about 75 percentage students placed every year from this branch. Here are students faculty ratio is about 20:1. Here's faculty is highly qualified and trained and experienced. Every exam was conducted in this year timely despite covid. Its exam is not too difficult but can't say it is easy.
Internships Opportunities
Many companies provide opportunities for internships like Wipro Infotech. The internship is available for students from the 2nd year. Every student can apply for internship. There are many projects named semester wise for internship.
Placement Experience
In the 7th or 8th semester,, students became eligible for placement. Many companies visited here like Wipro, Infosys, sona, byju. The highest package is 12 lakh and the lowest package is 4 lakh. About 60 percentage students are placed here.
Fees and Financial Aid
College fee is average about 65000 per year excluding hostel and mess charge hostel charge per year abut 7000 and mess charge per month about 2500. This college provides only one scholarship and chooses randomly 5% of students from every batch. As of now, I m in my 2nd year so I and my friend have not find yet any job or stipend.
Campus Life
In this college, many annual fests are organised by seniors but this year only tech fest organised due to covid 19. In the library, there are lots of books and you can read and hire them. In the college about all the sports are available for Students like cricket, badminton, chess, football, volleyball, hockey swimming and more.
Hostel Facilities
In the first year, a room is allocated to 3 students. In the room you will found a fan of an almirah 3 bed 3 study table .meal quality is very good because this college is located in Punjab State. On the menu, you will found diff types of vegetables and curd and halwa and puri and chapatti. There is no registration process for a hostel you may fill only a formal form. Every student affords hostel and ess charge.
