Faculty:

The faculty in our college are moderate to good. Many teachers have their PHDs from IITs and NITs. Senior faculties are knowledgeable but there are also professors who have knowledge but don't want to teach and skip classes. Some faculties are approachable. Some professors look strict but are nice when you talk to them in person. Our college also have faculties who are accounted in top 2% proffersors in the world. Many professors have patents on their name. I We have 2 semester in one year ,i.e., 4 years=8 semesters. Every semester several subjects are included, generally first year include common subjects for all branches and core subjects start from 2nd year . Exams : We have 2 quizes, 2 minors and 1 major and practical exam for each semester. Passing exam is not very hard anyone can score decent grades if they just attend classes and review pyqs. Exams are related to what is thought in the classes. Note: 8 th semester might be different as there is 3+ months internship in that semester.

SLIET at a glance.

The faculty to student ratio is quite good here. Teachers do get classes here. Professors are highly qualified. Most them have a good background in terms of their higher studies and research work. Most of them are working under projects of national importance as well.

SLIET : Campus of Nature's beauty

The faculty to student ratio is 1:45.The relationship between faculty to student is good and most of the teachers or faculties are easily approachable including hod also. I liked computer science department faculty because they are my class counsellor.the reason of like is the are very humble polite and helping in nature . I don't like engeneering drawing faculties and the reason is they are strict teaching irrelevant things in first year. There are total 3 exam in which 2 are minors and 1 major minor is easy but major are difficult. There are almost all students clear the exam but some 1,2 who they don't attend class are fail to clear the exam. Course curriculum is good all the subjects are relevant and use in industrial area.

Here the faculties are very kind and supportive.They helps the students continuously in excel or boosts their skills. The ratio of the same as of other good colleges like Nits etc. For me the CS faculties are the best because they are always ready to solve my any kind of problem. Here the Engineering Drawing faculty are not so good because they are too strict towards the students. There are total of three exams per semester two minors and one major and the level of the question are vary from the easy to hard level. The course structure is pretty good.

Faculties are good but not best because we are in 1st year right now so most of the facilities members are phd scholars, and very few are Prof. are teaching us in 1st year. But in 2nd year most of the faculties are senior professors.

Faculty to student ratio is good that is 15:1. Faculties are quite supportive and helpful Each and every teachers are good Semester Exams are at moderate level and student and easily get passing marks with less preparation. Course curriculum is very good.

Most of the faculty member are good and experienced. But majority of the faculty member are very strict regards the attendance.if attendance is less then 75 percent it might possible they detained you.faculty student ration is good.his behaviour towards the student is also good except in few cases.In a semester there is 3 exam minor 1,minor 2 ,major /end semester.major is of 50 marks and 15 for each minor.there is 10 marks for assignment and 2 quizes of 10 marks .for quiz best of one is taken for Sgpa calculation.quizs are much tougher than major or minor paper.I my batch 95 percent student pass the semester examination.

Faculty to students ratio is quite good here around 1 faculty per 20 students. There are there exams in a semester there is two minors exam and a major exam.the dificulty level of exam are is not too much. An avg student can pass the exams.

Faculties should from anywhere not almost all from Punjab

Faculty and student relationshiop is good they are very helpful and ready to help always I liked some of the faculties more because there teaching methods are so good and they are not like come always you need to have 75percent atleast There are three exams and two quizes and also one time lab practicals all are easy to moderate The students who fails have to give back exams in next semester majors
