I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University Jalandhar Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

I've already explained above.this college is good.the placement drive is big enough for sure.but the companies will not offer you a satisfactory package.they keep on promoting that single child who gets a package of more then 25 lac. Fake promotion of this college is at it's peak. Overall the faculty is nice.infrastructure is good too.

See like in final year here everyone goes into placements. And it's not up to mark because here if your in CSE IT or ECE you get placed at3-3.5 lakh per annum .but opportunities have raised in recent years production engineering student got a placement of 15 lakhs per annum and this year Flipkart arrived and gave a placement of 13lakhs last year Samsung have a placement of 12 lakhs byjus gave 10 lakhs placement. if you are in core and want to get hired for tech companies then you need to take notes courses and learn to code. And almost 70-80% students get placed but if the placement is low then it's of no use if you're re in civil or mechanical engineering then you may find the gate results are fair enough for a college. Civil and mechanical are the best branches in the college andy plan is to join Indian army after Engineering.

As I was not interested to live in Jaipur anymore and I have already heared about the beauty of chandigarh. so after clearing my 12th class I decided to got go out and explore more. My friend came to this college and told me about this college and suggested me to join and now we both are part of it. Also chandigarh city is nearby to our college.

The factors which made me to join this college was mainly regarding the placements which has average placement record of 9lpa and the highest placement record holds for 32 lpa here in cgc college of engineering. Along with that the campus infrastructure also attracted me a lot to be a part of cgc family.

I have chosen this college because of good placements opportunities. Education provide in our college is best. There are many events organized in our college. Also this college is near to my house. I have joined this college because I almost comes in chandigarh area, modern city.

Due to the very beautiful nearby(chandigarh) this College attracted me to become a part of it and also with this College I have lots of opportunities like average placement offers of 9lpa.Also seniors are very awesome in nature along neat and clean hostel facilities,the environment in our hostel is very lively and friendly.CGC provides us experienced facilities along with prestigious clubs to become a part of it like IEEE and now I am the proud memeber of it.

The major factor of choosing this college is PLACEMENTS. The placement opportunities the college provide is the best. Many top notch companies like AMAZON,GOOGLE,MICROSOFT visit the campus for hiring students. The training and placements teachers are very friendly and help in every way possible.

Placements are good .Last year our seniors got placed well getting good packages in respected companies with a lot of respect.

Placements, Hostels, Faculty, Placements department, Canteen, DSW department, Clubs, Technical event, support for students, internships opportunities, Industrial visits and much more. One must check the requirement as well as other things before joining this college many things are available nearby the campus even the transport facility is good. Chandigarh is around 15 km away from the college.

The 'rank' of the university is good the campus of the university was very good, the crowd of my university was very accelent and the studies and courses wer good too. Allover it was the college i actually wanted and i did my graduation from there
