PTU Admissions
Candidates seeking admission must apply online through the official website to take part in the admission process. Merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks secured by candidates in the Entrance Examination. The provisional and final merit list will be displayed on its official website. Applicants will be called for the counseling process as per the merit list.
- Seat Allotment will be entirely based on the merit list and availability of seats.
- After seat allotment, candidates will have to report to the college for document verification and payment of Academic fees.
- Admissions to all the courses are carried out strictly on the merit of entrance test basis either through Centralized Counselling Procedure or through Institute level.
Application Procedure
- Visit the official website of Punjab Technical University.
- Register as a new user and login with email id and password.
- After that, candidates will have to confirm the application form at the facilitation center.
- The provisional and final merit list will be displayed on its official website.
- In case of discrepancies, candidates can submit grievances during the display of provisional list at the facilitation center.
- Candidates have to log in to fill and confirm online option form with preferences of colleges and courses.
- CAP is conducted in 3 rounds and once college is allotted, candidates have to report to the allotted institute to confirm the admission.

The annual fees is quite low compared to different private institutions. It is very affordable for me and my parents . The faculty members are also friendly and helpful to students . Small campus allows you with a good interaction with faculty members.

There are 2 processes of admission in my college 1. On the basis of JEE Mains 2.On the basis of 12th standard marks and what your stream etc. Overall anyone who passes their 12th is eligible for get admission in my college You can find application form on internet as well as college also provided that. Because I am from general category- I can't get any befinits of any reservation Frequency and timing of exam is on good level nothing more to do on it for improvement I thought that some percentage qualification should sufficient to get admission in branches -wise otherwise anyone is applicable on any basis

The admission is taken on basis on JEE mains and 12th examination result.There should be at least 60% or above marks in 12th class for taking admission in B.Tech CSE. There were many scholarships available for students.

- Library, infrastructure and the teachers are the most irreplaceable things that we can't found in others colleges . And there is no environment of ragging and buling . And the wifi facility is provided by the university so that everyone and anyone.
- The dean and the academic staff is really really impressive they treat you like their real child and even whenever we need a help we just try to connect they and they solves every single problem of every student whatever is facing or going through.
Dislikes
- There is no management system and they don't give a budget to students to organise an event easily. We have to go through a many quires and many questions after that we are just give a small amount of money to arrange an event in such a small budget
- The play grounds are little small like they can we more good but the most of the space of ground and University has no use and it's just waste of space and we should use it properly for students guidence and wellbeing it should be keep reminding .

We can take direct addmission into this Besides that we can also apply for pms which is only for sc students. If you have scored 85+% in boards they will give you opportunity of taking an scholarship
