Infrastructure of the college and placement opportunities
Faculties of the college they are very supportive
Co curricular activities which boost your confidence

Dislikes

Some local outside college are not good.
Outside college at night there is a lot of mess
If you are on internship and you want to give exam online but they force you to give exam offline

Placement Experience:

As I told you before more than 10000 companies visit LPU every year for placements but majority of them are for marketing and sales but they provide quite good package but some are low like 300000 per year but overall placements are good at LPU. If you are not able to get placement from LPU you can try from outside like linkedin, naukri and many more portals

Likes

Environment and people where friendly. Faculty needed to be improved.
Infrastructure was good. Hostel was maintained. Learning skills was also good
Placement was not provided by college And career option was at lower side

Dislikes

Sometimes there negative energy that wouldn't let us be calm and composed because of some people.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There used to be functions, dance competitions, sports competitions and many more things which used to be interesting and refreshing. There used to be dj night also every once in a year. The environment was safe for girls.

LPU is the best MBA college for carrier

Likes

The teaching structure is good in college.
The professor are very experienced and they all are done with PhD on different stream.
The college library is very big. You will get every book in library.

Dislikes

management like core management team, Admission team
No time to give your own time. Very pressure course.
Every 3 month the exam will conducted. The exam result was coming late.

I was doing INT BBA-MBA in LPU. For me the course coriculam was good but in some semister the course was there which was not nessary with my backgroung. talking about the teaching method the teaching method of froffesor is very professional.

The culture and student life in Presidency University

Things I like about the Presidency University is that the colleges I mean very huge and the campus is very pretty greenery and the vibe is pretty good there difficulties are good I mean the student cultures and everything overall is very good and fas

Dislikes

Things I dislike is that that every time our students have tuck in their Shirt and walk around in the campus that is I feel is too much but yeah the perspective thinking behind that is positive

In terms of course Curriculum it is good when I was in BBA it was so good and smooth it was going but when I joined in Mba because of the time constraint people and the faculties have started rushing the and started completing the syllabus fast so that is the one day disadvantages I would say about the college not about the college but about the course hang out

The campus of the college are so big and education are excellent
This college gives 90% placement

The frequency of exam are better and timing are good but exam are so hard first semester of exam are easy but slowly next level of exam are going more hard but in this project type of easy and exam are hard working

Overall the college exposure is very good.
Placement is good. Some students have got fabulous placement.

Placement Experience:

LPU offers good placement. If you are prepared and really want placement then no one can can stop you. You can get very good placement here. Talking about number then 80% students from my batches has got placed.

I had a very safe and satisfying learning experience at LPU

The college timings there are not much suitable for everyone

Want to have a great hostel life then you can go for it

Likes

You will get the feelings that you are in a college campus
You will also get a lovely peer group to enjoy with and working in projects
It has a beautiful campus with greenery and all the modern-day facilities

Dislikes

Though there is very less things that someone would dislike
It would be better if the fees is a bit less

Placement Experience:

So now let's talk about the placement procedure of our college. So I would say it's not very good but yes, average. And honestly I'd like to say that not all the students were placed during my time. But yes, around 70 to 80% students were placed and most of the rules are marketing roles like sales and very less people got the opportunity to work in the field of finance. Some of the companies that I can remember are like PWC and Delaware Deloitte was there and for marketing there were dabur, hul, britainia and the rest of the most of the companies I don't remember the names because that companies were not so popular. The highest package of our time was around 13 LPA and the average was around 5:00 to 5.5 LPA.

Classes structure and sitting area very reliable
Teachers faculty has very helpful and knowledge in his sector

Dislikes

Discipline level was very suspicious according to students
Some students were very undiciplined and nocturnal behaviour
The college was expensive and not all for affordable

Placement Experience:

After completing my degree, college offered me campus placement from which I had no idea and the company gave me a good annual package. My percentage has increased a lot and more. I got a good percentage and became eligible for the job.

Overall lovely professional University is very good

I liked most the nature pf the staff and management of the university
I also like the environment provided to the students in university

Dislikes

I want to suggest to make some neat and clear meals in the campus
There are some cleaning issues in the campus
I mainly dislike the area of university . They are not good

I completed BTech CSE from LPU back in 2016. You might say that LPU has changed since then, but I am still in touch with my juniors and here is my experience:

Placements: More than 550+ MNCs and startups visit the LPU campus for placement. In recent news, Yasir M., student of LPU, grabbed an offer of INR 3 crore in Germany. The highest CTC offered for the engineering programs at LPU is INR 42 LPA.
Scholarships: People might think LPU is pricey since it is a private colleges, but LPU provides scholarships to bright students with good academic records, good track record in sports, or extracurricular activities. LPU also helps students in the education loan facility.
Research: In terms of research, Stanford University has ranked almost 13 LPU faculty members amongst the top 2% of scientists in the world.
Faculty: The faculty members are from top institutes like IITs, NITs, IIMs, and top-ranked universities globally.

Can I get an honest review on LPU University placements in engineering?

I am a BTech Mechanical graduate from LPU. Here is an honest review on the placement scenario at LPU (in engineering)-

The placement scenario is poor for Civil, Mechanical and Electrical. Few companies visit these departments for placements, and hire a maximum of 5-10 students in total. But if someone knows basic coding, they can sit for IT placements.

Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, etc. visit the CSE/IT departments for mass hiring. Very few core companies visit the ECE department for recruitments, so the students rely on IT companies. A mere 40/50 out of 1000 ECE students get hired by an Electronics company from the campus. The IT companies mass hire students at a CTC of around 3.5 LPA.

This is the engineering placement scenario at LPU.

Being a graduate from LPU, I found the campus life quite joyful as everyone in the university is supportive. I liked the following things about the University:

Students get success in placements based on their learning and skills provided by the University. The University trains the students to grab high-quality job offers.
LPU receives numerous companies for placements, although only a fraction of students secure high-paying offers, partly due to the large student population.
LPU's campus can accommodate its many students, with classes divided into manageable sizes for effective teaching.

LPU maintains a strict anti-ragging policy and provides a secure environment with extensive CCTV surveillance.
