The faculty student ratio good learning experience good teaching and mentorship good good teachers and good environment knowledge so much in teachers good all are good very good so positive environment
I personally benefited from the "merit excellence scholarship" and also secured an on-campus job as a research assistant with a stipend, providing valuable financial support during my studies.
I am confident that i will be able to find a good job after graduation, thanks to the strong relationships that my university has with top companies.

Dislikes

The faculty is not that good. like the teacher i'm provided with are not that good
Scholarships they have this crazy deal there, if you get detained in 1st year in any subject, or reappear in any subject, your scholarship will be gone.
The placement of my college is growing but is not quite good right now

All about Pharm.D at Chandigarh University

Likes

The faculty in the Pharm.D department is well-qualified, with doctors, PhDs, and clinical experts
The curriculum is aligned with current industry and clinical practices
The university provides advanced laboratories, a central instrumentation facility

Dislikes

Some professors teach in a monotonous manner.

Placement Experience:

You have to submit project work after completion of your 6th year clinical training at a hospital . Vivas and everything will be there then if you become eligible you will be a certified and licensed pharmacist . No batch of pharm.d is passed yet so currently no idea about placement for this course . First batch is going to be passed out in 2025 only .

80% of the students receive placements and the companies available for my course includes Alembic , Lupin , Climed , Sunpharma , etc. My plans after getting the degree are to receive a job in a medical / pharmaceutical industry with a good package .

An honest inspection.

Likes

The thing i like about the university is the ambience that is fully of greenery, immaculate, well maintained.
The thing I like about the university is the variety of food items and outlets.

Dislikes

The things I dislike about the university are the transportation sometimes like it gets very tough to get inside in the morning due to traffic.
The thing I dislike about my university is the attendance criteria that we have to maintain for the examinations. It gets very uneasy to maintain that sometimes we can not even leave one class sometimes due to the fear of getting detained.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is totally decided by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI). The university has to follow up the certain protocols accordingly. The teaching method is kind of okay but there could be some improvements like amendments in the teaching process and fair conversation between teacher and the student. The examination pattern is also well like according to the subject sometimes it gets difficult but sometimes its okay.

The ambience of the university is quite appealing and rejuvenating. It like it sitting here quite for sometimes if i have nothing to do. We can roam around the corner as we want to under some proper conditions
The food quality and services provided by the university is appreciable as we get quality food to eat here. We can also eat whatever we want to as per our wish there are variety of food outlets opened here so that is quite good.
Infrastructure of the University is fascinating like well organised and well maintained. The ambience is quite meticulous and nobody is allows to litter around the corner that is in itself a very good thing i must say.

The thing that i dislike about the university is the attendance criteria that they have made is very ridiculous. They have made 75 percent criteria to follow that is sometimes very hard to maintain because sometimes we are not well but we have to com

Honest review about CU

Likes

Weather: the weather here is really good During winter its cold and foggy and very pleasant
Greenery: its super green and luscious out here so very pleasant to walk
There are many good food options out here

Dislikes

Attendance is a major drawback here the university is very strict
Faculty is good but they are pretty strict and not always constant
Transportation is hectic and costly and is difficult to manage

CU is Life (Chandigarh University hits different)

Likes

The peace after getting into college hits the mind to study freely and enjoying every corner of this university. It hits different
The facilities are like the family and there’s no differentiation for any students in any things.
The activities which the DSW ( Department of students welfare) is in urge to give good hospitality in activities life cultural and sports.

Dislikes

The dressing sessions should be more free to wear as per the students needs also without affecting the social norms.
More departmental stores should be available for taking printout and photostats
Securities should be more easy to communicate with. Sometimes when it comes to the securities..they are like the ceo of the University

Placement Experience:

For my course, the internships and the placements will be held in the last semester by issuing highly rated companies like medpharma, Cipla, sunpharamcuiticals etc... More than 400+ are visiting the campus for the placement drives in different departments. The highest salary package offerings for my course 540000 per annum. I hope I'll be able to follow the the path that my beloved seniors who pass out from the Chandigarh university

My classmates as well as atmosphere in class
The campus life and greenery is a breath of fresh air
The environment and infrastructure is also good

Dislikes

Most of the department was not good. It can be improved
The commuting to and from the campus is hectic
Faculty can also be improved. Especially in this department

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is as per PCI guidelines and nothing else was added as extra. Hospital training is also provided 50hours per year. There are 3 midterm exams per year along with a final exam The teaching is through offline mode that uses PowerPoint as well as hands on teaching

In my opinion, Chandigarh University is superior to other universities for the following reasons:

Chandigarh University is recognized by UGC and AICTE. It is among India's top 5% institutions with NAAC A+ ratings. It holds the membership of ICAR, IAU, ACU, IEEE, ASME, ACS, and IUCEE. Further, BCI, AIU, PCI, COA, NCTE, CSI & NCHMCT approve the university.
A total of 200 courses are offered at Chandigarh University with unbeatable ROI.
Apart from CUCET, the university also offers admission based on national-level entrance examination scores like JEE-Mains, NATA, CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ ATMA/ CMAT etc.
The university also offers open & distance learning through CUIDOL and online courses.
As per the latest placement statistics, Chandigarh University Highest International Package stands at INR 1.7 CPA seized by a B.Tech CSE-IBM Information Security student with a US-based company whereas the highest national package stood at INR 54.75 LPA.
