The faculty student ratio good learning experience good teaching and mentorship good good teachers and good environment knowledge so much in teachers good all are good very good so positive environment
I personally benefited from the "merit excellence scholarship" and also secured an on-campus job as a research assistant with a stipend, providing valuable financial support during my studies.
I am confident that i will be able to find a good job after graduation, thanks to the strong relationships that my university has with top companies.

Dislikes

The faculty is not that good. like the teacher i'm provided with are not that good
Scholarships they have this crazy deal there, if you get detained in 1st year in any subject, or reappear in any subject, your scholarship will be gone.
The placement of my college is growing but is not quite good right now

Chandigarh University honest review

Likes

College college for cases on study and the Teachers are decent
M campus life is pretty decent and quality of social interaction is also nice and there are also social groups and clubs
Quality of infrastructure is also decent

Dislikes

I personally dislike the orientation of computer labs seats as it is not faced towards the board.
The sports facilities are also not good in the college as there is no such ground personalized for athletics and all.

Placement Experience:

Students are generally eligible from the 7 semester. The highest package which is offered this year I think so is 20lpa on 30 lpa and average package I think so 3 to 4 lakhs. My plans after getting the degrees also getting a job.

Crowded campus..Only join if you are very much passionate about your studies

Infrastructure are very good I like the design
In my first sem I gotSupportive teachers
The college provides a Lot of opportunities and events

Dislikes

The campus is very crowded for CSE department
Mess foods are average they could be better
The quality of students academically is not great

Placement Experience:

The placements are decent I talked to a student of pass you who was offered a package of 4 lpa and he was quite disappointed with that. Some students of 4th year say its good some say there are no placement just leave the college

knowledge provided for the course is excellent and staff is experienced in their particular subject and cooperative too
hygiene is very good buildings are beautiful classrooms are good and seats are comfortable too
engagement is good we can participate in different different activities and interact with everyone

Dislikes

practical study should be more in case of technical courses
there should be less classes if possible in a week as it is too exhaustive

Placement Experience:

from 7th semester students become eligible for campus placement. Lot of companies visited like L&T, Accenture, ultratech,etc. packages provided are good starting from 400000-100000. my plans after the degree was to go for higher studies.

All about Chandigarh University

Likes

Infrastructure is very good and well maintained
Classes are air conditioned and well structured
Teachers are very helpful and always guide the students.

Dislikes

Placements are very poor if i talk about placement rate is about only 25-30%
Classes are very hectic, about 25-30 lectures per week.
Attendance criteria is 75% which is very important to maintain otherwise you can’t give exams

Placement Experience:

Placements are not that good as we hears, if i talk about placementr rate is about 25-30%. Placements could be significantly improved, as many students struggle to secure positions in reputed companies with competitive packages.

The things I like most about the CU is there are lots of opportunities to grow.You want to enhance your skills technically. you can join clubs and societies or participate in hackathon or join workshops.
Second thing is the infrastructure . Libraries are well build and have all necessary books and resources.The classrooms and labs are well equipped
Placements are pretty good .Cu tries to bring multiple companies to hire students and multiple students are already placed my batch itself and around 300 companies already visited.

Dislikes

Tha management can be improved. Like the time table schedules and hustle to get documents signed from here and there can be streamlined.
Faculty is not that great like around 60 percent are the freshers who recently started they teaching journey.
Overburdening the students to do extra curricular activities instead of keeping these things optional

Placement Experience:

From the 6th semester you are eligible for placement. About 300+ companies visited the college till now for our batch Some of them are Samsung ,Flipkart,OYO,Shaaddi.com,Sabre,Demandbase,TCS,Accenture,IBM and many more Around 700 students are placed from my batch till this day and more placement driving are going on. Most of the companies are hiring for the Software developer role. Average package is 7lpa Highest this year is 52 lpa Percentage of placed is around 85 to 90 those who opted to sit in drives I am looking to join as SDE in a MNC or startups.

A DECENT COLLEGE EXPERINCE

Likes

The college provides diverse club and activities
Modern Library, the library is well equipped with vast collection of books
The faculty and the management is really supportive

Dislikes

The parking space is very limited, it is woefully small
The wifi speed in the campus is really bad
The crowd of this college is really bad. Majority students are very unserious

This curriculum is choosen by me beacuse i wanted to sudy the core computer science which this course provides in well mannered way. The curriculum is ready for making real world applications. The exams are easy to medium

The DCPD department conducts several mock test, interviews, and enhances our communication skills that helps us to crack interviews of prominent companies, such as Google, Microsoft, and Amazon, etc The worst variety of unique courses, which Chandigarh University offers also makes it as won the best universities in North India, each and every course of the Chandigarh University is not just designed for learning. It also fosters our carrier goals.

My College(CU) experience.

Likes

I mostly like the events in the college why because of University provides the lot of events on the day
And also I like the teaching and the class rooms
And I like mostly culture of the university

Dislikes

Maximum all students dislikes the food which was providing in the Chandigarh University
I don't like the rooms because of only available 4 or 5 sharing in the university there is not available 1,2,3 sharing
Some restrictions are put this University like don't use mobile phones like this

In this campus placements are good and average package also around 9lakhs. If you don't get job on online placements no need to worry about this you can do m tech. Last year around 9k students was selected on placement drive.after completion of the 3rd year b tech you can go to placement interview. Around 900 companies was visited around 9k offers was given on placement drive. Last year highest package is 1.7 cr in international but in india 52 lakhs . Around 97 percentage students was placed in placements drive. I don't have any planes after the degree

GLIMPSE OF CU CAMPUS

Likes

The faculty here is absolutely very supportive and friendly. They guide us like a friend throughout our journey. All of the faculty has done their masters and many of them are pursuing their Phd also. They are very experienced and skilled.
The placement team is very supportive and they guide us throughout the placement processes.
The infrastructure is really a breathtaking factor here .

Dislikes

The departments like accounts or admission cell are very far from each other due to which we have to roam a lot of we want some approval or need some signatures.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for the placements from the 5th sem and they can sit and appear for the placement processes after fulfilling the eligibility criteria for the company. Capgemini, TCS, Deloitte , EPAM, Accenture, Microsoft R&D, Quantify, Alert enterprises and many more are the companies arriving here for placements. The highest package offered till now is 54.2 LPA and the average package is 8LPA . Almost more than 95 percent of the students are placed here. Currently I am also placed and my further plans are working and gaining technical experience.

I like events that happen in university regularly
I am able to meet many celebrities in my clg.
There are a lot of workshop in university.

Dislikes

There is a minimum criteria of 75 percent.
Attendence issue is the major issue of cu.
Teacher give less marks so that scholarship can be removed.

In my opinion, Chandigarh University is superior to other universities for the following reasons:

Chandigarh University is recognized by UGC and AICTE. It is among India's top 5% institutions with NAAC A+ ratings. It holds the membership of ICAR, IAU, ACU, IEEE, ASME, ACS, and IUCEE. Further, BCI, AIU, PCI, COA, NCTE, CSI & NCHMCT approve the university.
A total of 200 courses are offered at Chandigarh University with unbeatable ROI.
Apart from CUCET, the university also offers admission based on national-level entrance examination scores like JEE-Mains, NATA, CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ ATMA/ CMAT etc.
The university also offers open & distance learning through CUIDOL and online courses.
As per the latest placement statistics, Chandigarh University Highest International Package stands at INR 1.7 CPA seized by a B.Tech CSE-IBM Information Security student with a US-based company whereas the highest national package stood at INR 54.75 LPA.
