The faculty student ratio good learning experience good teaching and mentorship good good teachers and good environment knowledge so much in teachers good all are good very good so positive environment
I personally benefited from the "merit excellence scholarship" and also secured an on-campus job as a research assistant with a stipend, providing valuable financial support during my studies.
I am confident that i will be able to find a good job after graduation, thanks to the strong relationships that my university has with top companies.

Dislikes

The faculty is not that good. like the teacher i'm provided with are not that good
Scholarships they have this crazy deal there, if you get detained in 1st year in any subject, or reappear in any subject, your scholarship will be gone.
The placement of my college is growing but is not quite good right now

CU review

Likes

Food outlets are good here. It has dominos, la pinoz etc
Infrastructure of the D block which is for specialization students
Safety of girls are very good. Girls are safe if they stay in the Hostels

Dislikes

Placements are not good enough we don't what is the selection criteria
Teachers are not good in core cse, you can get only some teachers which have proper knowledge of the subject
Hostel food is the worst at night like you have to eat from outside minimum of 2 days

Placement Experience:

Over the years, placements have grown to be one of the main attributes determining the reputation of my college. The placement process has a well defined structure that starts in the second last year of the course. This is normally in the 6th or 7th semester in case of undergraduate programs. Placements at my college are reachable by students as long as they have reached the minimum level of academic achievement together with some pre placement activities such as career workshops and mock interviews.

Likes

Infrastructure is very well designed for the students.
Events that are organised for the students are very engaging.
Regular training session for the development of the students is conducted.

Dislikes

Management is very poor regarding students queries.
Too much students are admitted that creates difficulties in placements.
Fees for new year students is increasing rapidly.

Placement Experience:

A TPP course is offered by the university for the students who are looking for campus placements . And for those who are looking for higher education University also provides courses for that. I am looking for campus placements after completing my course.

Campus environment, extra curriculum activities, concerts .
Cafeteria, lush green campus and sports arena.
No of companies visit for campus placement for computer science students.

Dislikes

No of students in computer science branch
MBA and computer science is overcrowded Lot or students due to which it affect the placement
Too much rush when any fest or college function happens

Placement Experience:

The college placements are above average, Like in my batch there are many students got placements of above 10 lakhs and average is 4-5 lakhs one my friend got 21lpa and another got 14lpa so placements are above averages and best for those who maintain their chap above 8.

Review of my life in Chandigarh University

Likes

The campus is full of trees and plants which makes it look good
The college is like a second chance for you
You can make good connections here with many different cultures

Dislikes

There are too many students making it like a fish market
the management is money minded and do not try much to resolve issues
sometime faculties are biased towards students

Placement Experience:

students become eligible for placement in 6th sem. the companies like google and walmart and TCS come to this college and they make good offers but for less student. the company that comes offers a maximum of 30LPA and minimum of 3LPA. they offer JDs like developer, data scientest, etc. the students who gets placed have percentage varying from 7CGPA to 10CGPA. i plan to take placement in 7th sem in a good company.

The best Private University

Likes

The college has excellent infrastructure, high end labs, amazing faculty. Most of the faculty members are assistant professors
There is a seperate batch for students opting for placements, they have to pay an extra 9000 for placement training
There are various societies and sports clubs to join , There are well equipped gyms in hostels

Dislikes

The attendance is really strict with 75 %. Even with 74 they wont spare you
The management sometimes fails to address and support students
Certain policies like id card are compulsory, also the timing if you come late , there is no relaxation with class timing

Placement Experience:

The college offers great placement assistance, there is a seperate batch which helps to train for placements, they conduct mock gds and PIs along with aptitude and softskills class every saturday.These definetely helps students crack job interviews. A lot of companies like LG, microsoft, tcs, Hcl, Hal etc visit our campus starting from 7th semester. My plan is to get a job in a related field and apply mh knowledge so far. The highest package from my department was 12 lpa in LG interprise and the average is 4 lpa

Likes

The supportive teachers, they not only help us excel in exams but make us aware about latest industries and technology treands and also valuabe teaching for life.
Extracurricular events from hackathons to talent hunt and various oppertunities this will not only contribute to personal development but also for profesional development
Campus life is also very good, and boys to girl ratio we can say 60%-40% in the B.E(CSE) course.

Dislikes

Many numbers of students in the same course. This increase the internal university compitition for the placements.
The univesity is more strict towards academics and follows a strict 75% attendence policy which is a good part but sometimes effects on skills development and stop one from taking part in extar events
Rest there is less to dislike but more to explore oneself and to upskill, but vendor shops need to be improved in campus for better facilites of day-scholors.

Placement Experience:

The students get eligible for campus placements from 6th semester. The placement record is good with most of top compnies like Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Flipkart, TCS, Mahindra and many more companies comming to campus almost each there to recruit top brains. The highest package that was offerd was 1.7 Cr/Annum. with an decent Average package of around 3-3.5 LPA. There was around 300+ companies comming for placement each year, and almost 60-70% students are able to secure a good placement and some have plans for higher studies or compitive exams.

Likes

I like about their placement opportunity which good for freshers.
It also provide provide you a good environment for your growth of your skills.
It gives you opportunity to show their skill in events, like dancing singing etch which is happens in every month.

Dislikes

it has more crowded due more number of student taken admission.
The staff of the college is not helpful towards the students.
it has more number of student which feels you crowdy.

Course Curriculum Overview:

It is good and the most trending and demanded course. Because the world is growing such a fast rate and every thing is becomes advance by doing the thing simple as much as we can.This course provide you to do yourself and gives freedom for their future.

All about chandigarh university

Likes

I just loved my campus life. It is very much happening and interesting. I enjoy alot at campus as the campus is full of greenery. Faculty is very helpful. Always available for their students.
Night life at chandigarh university is great. You would fall in love with the environment here. Great infrastructure, well maintained
There are number of events and concerts happening and well managed.

Dislikes

They do baricading during concerts and separate boys and girls at the place where event is organized.
Shops inside the campus are bit expensive and not affordable for all.

Placement Experience:

Chandigarh university provides campus placement and it provides good placement to their students. Number of companies visit cu for placement offers. CU is well connected with the companies and well known that is way many companies visit for the placements. Companies like tcs,JPMorgan, flipcart, coinbased,paypal, tech mahindra and many more visit. Students are eligible for placement from 4th year i.e 7th semester. Colleg provides good placement. Average placement is around 6 lacks and more than 90 percent students get placed.

Sweet and sour

Likes

Infrastructure is improving abundantly on a regular basis
As we move ahead with our course the number of classes reduce providing time for self study

Dislikes

Time table distribution can sometimes be an issue for someone
Biaseness among teachers can be seen but not for every teacher

Placement Experience:

From 3rd you can apply for the opportunities coming and get placed and majorly from 4th year you'll sit in drives. I plan to grab a job in my desired field of course and may later on apply for higher education

In my opinion, Chandigarh University is superior to other universities for the following reasons:

Chandigarh University is recognized by UGC and AICTE. It is among India's top 5% institutions with NAAC A+ ratings. It holds the membership of ICAR, IAU, ACU, IEEE, ASME, ACS, and IUCEE. Further, BCI, AIU, PCI, COA, NCTE, CSI & NCHMCT approve the university.
A total of 200 courses are offered at Chandigarh University with unbeatable ROI.
Apart from CUCET, the university also offers admission based on national-level entrance examination scores like JEE-Mains, NATA, CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ ATMA/ CMAT etc.
The university also offers open & distance learning through CUIDOL and online courses.
As per the latest placement statistics, Chandigarh University Highest International Package stands at INR 1.7 CPA seized by a B.Tech CSE-IBM Information Security student with a US-based company whereas the highest national package stood at INR 54.75 LPA.
