The faculty student ratio good learning experience good teaching and mentorship good good teachers and good environment knowledge so much in teachers good all are good very good so positive environment
I personally benefited from the "merit excellence scholarship" and also secured an on-campus job as a research assistant with a stipend, providing valuable financial support during my studies.
I am confident that i will be able to find a good job after graduation, thanks to the strong relationships that my university has with top companies.

Dislikes

The faculty is not that good. like the teacher i'm provided with are not that good
Scholarships they have this crazy deal there, if you get detained in 1st year in any subject, or reappear in any subject, your scholarship will be gone.
The placement of my college is growing but is not quite good right now

LIFE AT CHANDIGARH UNIVERSITY

Likes

The campus life is really good. You will get a lot of exposure.
Chandigarh is not very far away, i.e., easy transportation.
Infrastructure is really impressive. You will like it.

Dislikes

Poor management. If you have a problem regarding management, don't expect to get a solution very easily.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was personally interested in mathematics. But the overall curicullum is based on the new education policy 2020. There are some online courses on LinkedIn and Corcera. Classs are held 5 days a week, (4 days a week for some cources).

Likes

Campus life its the besg thing that you can experience gere
Diverse culture people from various background go head to head
Availability of teachers you can reach to any one of them you want

Dislikes

Overcrowded the college is highly crowded and sometimes its unbearable
Cost for some people the cost is on the higher side
Restrictions there are Restrictions if you are living in hostels

My course is bachelor of science in biotechnology all the teachers are Phds and have a great amount of knowledge in there own field college curriculum is progressing on semester bases I want to rate faculty 4/5 Cause all of them are awsome except few

Reality of Chandigarh university

Likes

Teacher behaviour is very good and also very talented
The students are also of so nice family backgrounds
The fees structure is very feasible for all type of students

Dislikes

There is no inner transport system for students

CU - A world within the campus

Likes

The campus is very large in area and have all the facilities.
There are all the facilities and safety for students in hostel.
The social life and learning is balanced and great.

Dislikes

Timing of the hostel is different for boys and girls.
The auto drivers sometimes don't agree to drop you to certain locations.
Couldn't find much of negative opinions about the university other than these.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course as I have been interested in this for a few years and am pursuing this as a career. The faculty and teachers here help us gain maximum knowledge in the best and easiest way possible with a lot of fun. Exams are held every 6 months and help us gain confidence.

Not free of flaws but worth a chance

Likes

Infrastructure: gardens, fountains, natural habitat
Events: continual organisation of cultural fests and concerts
Nature of faculty: Teachers are so helpful and friendly

Dislikes

Several facilities are only available for international students or faculty.
Fee department is not at all helpful. They don't care of your situation they just ask for fees.
Number of students is so larger than the actual availability of seats. Over crowded.

Placement Experience:

When we talk about biotechnology, CU launched this subject in the year 2020 and within 3 years it has already attracted many good companies with healthy packages. Students became eligible for placements from their 5th sem which is from the final year. Minimum packages start from 13-15k per month and with a bachelor's degree maximum can go up to 40-50k per month.

I like the atmosphere of this place people are quite nice
Extra co curricular activities are also helpful in overall development
Faculties are quite nice and helpful they are always available for doubts

Dislikes

I see there is more lineancy and less discipline here

Bsc Forensic Science review at Chandigarh University

Likes

Huge infrastructures, large campus area.
Good number of food shops inside and nearby campus
The maintainance of the infrastructures is very good

Dislikes

The management is needed to be better, and improved
The university almost submerges during rainy days, it is too difficult to reach respective blocks.
The university should have a limit for intaking students. There is a huge rush of students everywhere in the university.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Forensic science is a very interesting course. It has a good scope in the upcoming future. In Chandigarh University currently, the faculties are less for the specified branch. But in some years it will be fulfilled for sure. The faculties are well-qualified and friendly, the university provides a good educational environment. There is one MIddle Semester Test and one End Semester Test per semester.

In my opinion, Chandigarh University is superior to other universities for the following reasons:

Chandigarh University is recognized by UGC and AICTE. It is among India's top 5% institutions with NAAC A+ ratings. It holds the membership of ICAR, IAU, ACU, IEEE, ASME, ACS, and IUCEE. Further, BCI, AIU, PCI, COA, NCTE, CSI & NCHMCT approve the university.
A total of 200 courses are offered at Chandigarh University with unbeatable ROI.
Apart from CUCET, the university also offers admission based on national-level entrance examination scores like JEE-Mains, NATA, CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ ATMA/ CMAT etc.
The university also offers open & distance learning through CUIDOL and online courses.
As per the latest placement statistics, Chandigarh University Highest International Package stands at INR 1.7 CPA seized by a B.Tech CSE-IBM Information Security student with a US-based company whereas the highest national package stood at INR 54.75 LPA.
