Overcrowded the college is highly crowded and sometimes its unbearable
Cost for some people the cost is on the higher side

My course is bachelor of science in biotechnology all the teachers are Phds and have a great amount of knowledge in there own field college curriculum is progressing on semester bases I want to rate faculty 4/5 Cause all of them are awsome except few

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 90000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

As a competitor from other private colleges cu provides scholarships which makes it easier to afford pver others my fees after scolarahip fomes out to be 30k per sem which is super easy to maintain by grabbing 7.5 cgpa

Campus Life

Campus life is soo good but you need to be updated more on your end rather than others the startup culture is not that developed but its in the budding stage there will be lit of events dj nights and more the campus life is soo shiny

Admission

There is an exam named cucet which also provide scholarship on your course fees There are many diffrent types of scolarshops scheme are there also you can opt for any of it Admission process is simple but the scholarship exam is tricky

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course that is bsc in artificial intelligence and data science is quite demanding and I think this is the only field which is growing faster. Another reason for choosing this was I had huge interest in this field. But faculty,their teaching way and syllabus is too way less as compared to course. They focus more on their rather than the practical work but in this field practical work is more important than theory as theory plays no role in this field . They must reduce the number of mid sem exams conducted and focus more on making students better in practical work. After the starting of semester, just after 25 days when syllabus not even completed as the 1st unit.. they shout spreading the news of exams. We just got too busy in exams which make us feel distracted from our real work .

Remarks:

Chandigarh University: Is it worth the investment?

I didn't apply to any other college. I chose it because it was close to my home. The admission process to give CUCAT exam for which the fees is 1000 rupees. The passing marks are 40 out of 100. The eligibility of the course if having 70% in your 12th exams. The admission process is easy and anyone can get in this college. The intake is also really high....Read More
