Ques. How can I get admission into KIIT’s B.Tech program? What are the required eligibility and exams?

Candidates must have passed 10+2 with at least 60% aggregate in PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics). A small number of seats (especially in CSE) are also allotted based on high JEE Main ranks. After the exam, qualified students participate in the university’s counselling and seat allotment. Seats are directly allotted based on KIITEE or JEE Main ranks.

Ans. For the 2-year MBA at KIIT School of Management (KSOM), candidates need a bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks (and 50% in 10th/12th). Admission is through a valid national management test score. The university accepts CAT/XAT/CMAT/MAT/GMAT or its own KIITEE Management exam. Shortlisted applicants then go through Group Discussion (GD), Written Ability Test (WAT), and Personal Interview. Final selection is based on exam score, GD/PI performance, and academic records.
Ques. How does KIIT select candidates for its B.Arch program?
Ans. Candidates are selected for B.Arch at KIIT on the basis of their NATA scores and performance in the 10+2 examination. They must have passed class 12th with 50% marks in physics, chemistry, and mathematics.
Ques. What is the admission process for medical courses at KIIT?

Ques. Are scholarships or fee waivers available at KIIT?
Ans. Yes, KIIT offers merit scholarships for top KIITEE rankers. The KIITEE topper gets free tuition, and the top 1,000 KIITEE rank holders receive various tuition waivers, subject to a 6 CGPA in their semester exams. In addition, state/national scholarships (SC/ST/OBC, OBC/EBC, etc.). For MBA students, KSOM provides partial waivers, ie, a 50% tuition waiver for the top 5 scorers in the KIITEE Management exam or very high CAT/XAT/MAT scores.
