The Hostel rooms here are very awesome having one person in one room, that maintains the privacy.
Campus Infrastructure is very great and it is best of all IIT's

Dislikes

I hated the power cuts in my college which occurs sometimes at night which disturbs my sleep
Our campus is 20 km away from the city so it is difficult for us to visit City.

The Campus of IIT Indore

Likes

The campus become large for living and it was just a dream.
The cultural and tech fests and numerous events goes on daily basis.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course I had taken is generally a bit good course and developing course (chemical engineering).I would like to suggest practical teaching rather than just mugging up and passing with 9-10 cgpa. Exams timings are bit difficult according to me.

The highlights of Iit Indore

Likes

A really good campus with great and modern infrastructure combined with academics that entails the modern academic structure provided by the govt .College also provides a great peer group which can be seen in its nird ranking of 14 over the last year
The different club activities and all in the college can be attributed to the great policies setup by the college administration and as a result attracts more and more better students through the nation wide jee advanced examination

Dislikes

There are not many things that we dislike but first can be the strictnes
Then comes in the lesser no of outlets in the campus which may be considered a fault

Placement Experience:

The college as an iit has really good placement chart with averages of 25lpa.in my branch the rough average is around 22 lpa which is very good considering the core engineering.also the college invites the top mncs and companies worldwide for placements.

I like the infrastructure and further development of new technologies inside the IIT Indore
I also like the academic schedule that is amazing

Dislikes

Mess's afternoon food is not as good as breakfast
Some outdoors games like kabaddi have not perfect arena

Better admission process, good and friendly supporting staff. Need to improve the discipline of time management .
Affordable fees structure and enough scholarships are provided to make your journey easy .

Dislikes

In any college you have to develop your skill on your responsiblity , college will only a platform to you.

Placement Experience:

Very good placements in the college . You wil be eleigible after the your 4 th semester . Around 110 campanies visited college and made 300 offers for students The highest offering comapanies like google , quadeye, nvidia, for SDE rolls . almost 90% students got placed every year with very decent packages .

IIT Indore: Goods and Bads

Likes

Hostel facilities are very good .The course structure is also upto current industry trend
There are good opportunities to get good research projects under professors.

Dislikes

The campus is very far away from the city and the transport facilities are not good.
The mess food taste is also not good. Hygeine issues us also quite common

Placement Experience:

Student are eligible for placement in 8th semester. Companies that visited every year are google,goldman sachs and accenture.They offer roles in siftware development and also core engineering.The highest offer made last year is of 68 lpa for sde profile and the averager package is about 25.45 lpa.The percentage of student placed is about 90 percent.I have planned to secure a job in machine learning and ai.

Likes

Faculties are very good and experienced.
Various events and fests happening in the college.

Dislikes

The availability of sports equipments at every hostel is very low.
It is very difficult to stay in hostels in summer

Course Curriculum Overview:

Every student who selected a specific branch have their specific classrooms according to their branches and the faculty is very experienced in that specific subject. There are labs for every branch so that they can practice the subject much deeper. Exams are kept two times i.e., as midsem and endsem. So that the total marks and cgpa is given after the semester.

IIT Indore and its placement, hostel and internships opportunities

Likes

Here hostels are very nice and well maintained. They used to clean our rooms on daily purpose and this was the best thing about my college and also infrastructure is very good and here season add more beauty to this campus.
here the mess food is very good comparatively and hygienic. Also the research facilities are very good

Dislikes

here the internship opportunity is not that good for core people.
during our time the placements is not going good due to recession but the placement is generally good

Placement Experience:

For core electrical there are 6 companies coming for internship and for placement almost all good companies come here. But to get the placement you need to get good skills and 8+ C.P.I. . And also you can get research internship .

IIT INDORE: Ocean of Opportunities

First thing I liked the most is the student faculty interaction. We have alloted a mentor which is our immediate senior and a faculty advisor.
The faculties are very very much expert in their field with good HI Index. Also they encourage ug students to work with them

Dislikes

There is relatively less placement opportunities. Getting internship in core sector is also a tough task.
The infrastructure of the departments looks very bad. The sports facilities in the campus is also not good enough.

Placement Experience:

From &th semester students get eligible for the placements.There are around 110 companies which visited the campus every year and around 300 offers are made every year for the ug students during the plaacements season. The highest placements is about 68 lpa (cse student) and 46lpa ( ee student) and overall average package is about 25.45lpa and 25.70 lpa for ee students.The highest offering companies are quadeye,google and nvidia for SDE roles and Texas Instruments and Analog decices also offer a descent package of about 35 lpa for digital and analog engineering job.Almost 90 percent of students gets placed every year with cse and ee having 100 percent placements records.I will go for placements to secure a job after degree after that I will prepare for upsc.

Most Honest review of IITI

Placements and Internship Opportunities are great here. Great coding culture and supportive environment by seniors.
One of the best hostels among all IIT's or even best in India with single and air conditioned rooms and these rooms are well furnished.Best infrastructure and also mess food is also good.

Dislikes

There is no shop to purchase merchandise here in the campus itself.

Placement Experience:

Placement at IIT INDORE are great like if a student is serious about studies and all then he/she will get placed easily. So after 4th semester when we get enter into 5th semester companies visits to hire students for internships. And in the 7th semester companies visits hire for full time. So in IIT Indore on campus almost all the big tech companies and startups visits here to hire for different roles. Some of the companies I am listing here like Google, Amazon, Oracle, Accenture India and Japan, Deloitte, Arcesium, Atlasian, Mathworks, Flipkart, Zomato, Nvidia, Texas Instrument and many more. Highest package this year is around 68 LPA and average package is around 23-25LPA and mostly offers are for software or tech related profiles and few are there for core electrical and consultancy profile.

IIT INDORE - A college beyond the classroom

Likes

IIT INDORE has really good infrastructure since it is a relatively new campus as compared to other IITs.
IIT INDORE has single bedroom hostel. So students don't have to share room with others.

Dislikes

It is 20 km away from the main City Indore
The campus is quite big and the EV faculties is not very efficient.

Placement Experience:

IIT INDORE has a really good placement record. The average package is around 22 lpa. And it has a median of 16 lpa. Almost all of the students sitting for placements get placed. Various companies such as Amazon, and Microsoft come during placement.
