IIT Indore placement report for 2025 has not been released. However, the IIT Indore NIRF 2025 report shows the placement performance of the institute through three academic years in both UG and PG programs. For BTech, the median package increased from INR 18.5 LPA in 2021-22 to a peak of INR 21.2 LPA in 2022-23. It slightly dropped to INR 19.48 LPA in 2023-24. Placement Experience:

Placements in my college are very good in one sense but okayish in some other. Many companies visit the college but only some of them are good and if one loses opportunity in some top companies, then only low paying companies remain. Students become eligible for college placements after 6 semester. Some top companies visiting for placements include, Goldman Sachs, Databricks, Google, Zomato, Amazon, etc. All of the students in my branch have received their offers except one or two, who will receive it eventually. Highest package this year is 1.04Cr INR and average would fall around 30L INR. Percentage of students getting placed in my branch is around always 100%. My plans after a degree is to work in industry offered to me by my placements, but even if I don't get on campus placement, I would be seeking out off campus placements and I am positive, I'll be in good place.

Although IIT Indore was 5 years old at the time of my admission, reputed companies visited the campus for placements and it didn't feel like an uphill task to achieve good placement figures.

Placement Experience:

The placement season at IIT Indore for my batch was quite spectacular with over 90% placement achieved across all three branches. The placement season that begins in November pans out till March depending on the company schedule. Some of the companies that visited the campus include DE Shaw, Amazon, John Deere, ISRO, BPCL, Texas Instruments, Flipkart, etc. While the average package was around INR 8 lacs per annum, the highest went up till INR 45 lacs per annum. While I had secured a placement with one of the leading companies in the industry, I chose to pursue MBA as I had an admit from IIMA.
