As a civil engineer our course is hectic as compared dto other branches like there are lot of classes and labs course is nice but not so good for real application like there should be more practical subject as compared to theoretical

there are intern opportunities available, but as compared to non core there are less opportunities available on core branch, there are paid intern and chances of ppo is also there. There are project available if you have interest then you can meet the professor and start the project

Like in civil there are only 2-3 companies come for placement like bpcl, hpcl beside that in non core there are companies come for palcement but if we compared with other IITs placement is not so nice and the average package is 15-20 lakh or only 50% students get placement

The year wise fees is approx 250000 tuition fees- 100000 insurance fees--1600 exam fees- 500, registration fess-500, gymkhana fees - 1500, medical fees-1500, lab fess- 1500 this is for 1 semester For ST,SC there is no tuition fees Scholarship available for SC, ST and OBC student

campus life is nice and there are clubs and so many activities there in the club , sports aspects are nice here .There are so may clubs run by students and i think club make more interaction between students and infrastructure is fine

hostels are very nice actually here we get single room. there is one unit in that there are 6 rooms, washrooms and kitchen available.Mess food is fine , there is update in menu that we get on our mail. There is registration process in hostel we have to take our key and other things from our hostel office

I gave JEE exam and according to my rank i get this college and civil branch beside that i have interest in civil also but college i get due to my rank. I apply for other colleges but with same branches after clearing jee we have to fill our priority according to our rank and there is JOSAA counselling where we have to fill the course and college and there are 5-6 rounds like you can accept the college in 1st round and no need to fill for other round

like overall most of the faculty personally interact with students and in my department there are 15-16 faculties there are mid and end sem exam and beside that quiz or viva are there our structural faculty is very nice as there way of teaching is nice and that make us things understand clear and the faculties i don't like which only read the slides like they do not tel anything but overall most of our faculty make sure that we understand the things and solve our problem and there are s also mini projects given to us and ppt are also there

Gym is available for the students abd there are some restricted area in college where you cann't go at night time but beside that night life is nice there are cafeterias . after 10 pm we cann't go outside the campus and if go we to do proper entry and in hostels afetr 10 we have to entry our name in register
