I applied to a few colleges based on my entrance exma and location preference.I received confirmed admisssion from my current college due to my entrance exam score .I got confirmed admission even from the reputed govt college but i choose this because of the course offered and a decent reputation
Course Curriculum Overview
I would rate the course curriculum as fairly relevant and comprehensive ,as it covers both fundamental subjects and core technical topics required for the field.Subjects like programming,dsa influenced my decision to take this course.
Internships Opportunities
We are actually the cisco affiliated college,so we are being provided with a lot of programs including cybersecurity and it courses.We are also provided with the opportunity to do the virtual internship from cisco.Cisco also give internship opportunity to 6 th semester students with a stipend of 80000-85000.
Placement Experience
Students in my college become eligible for campus placements from the 6th and 7th semester.The placement cell actively invites comapnies every year and provides training in aptitude,technical skills and interview prep.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee for my course is approximately Rs 70000 per year.For the complete duration of the 4 year ,the total fee comes around 2,80,000. There is a separate examination fee which is being charged by the university.
Campus Life
My overall experience with campus life was pretty good.We had our fest as Gyanotsav which is held every alternate year which include cultural programs and technical competions also. There are lot of sports activities and students participate in state sports competition.
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio in my college is decent and most classes have around 70-80 students. Faculty members are approachable and supportive ,and explain concepts clearly with real life concepts.
Night Life
Actually i can't comment on this as my residence is in the same location as of my college. But we had a garden inside the college which we love to hang out within the college and outside the college,the some of the location we can hang out are like tilwara ghat,baajna madh and funingo where we can go and enjoy
