The placemetns are extremely high. The average package for all the branches is approximately 10LPA, whereas for the individual averages for the higher packages it goes upto 16-17lpa. The cgpa wise packages are 23LPA for students with 9CGPA+, 18LPA for students with 8CGPA+. The students are eligible from 8th semester onwards. Almsot all the major companies come and the placement rate is 76%, approximately 800 out of 1200. The highest package last year was 1cr pa. I plan on either opening a startup or getting into a good company and building my career there

The course curriculum in first year is same for everyone it gives you a broader vision for you in problem solving and also gives you mere idea in what skills you require. This is totally different for the second years cause from here you learn about the course you selected and you will have more theoretical stuff.

In the first year the course subjects are pretty similar to what the students might have learnt in their high school, in most subjects. The course i am under right now is AI/ML , for which the subjects n contents actually help you and prepares you for real world applications and further academic pursuits.

Till now none of the batches have graduated yet since it is a new college. The first batch to graduate will be the 2021-25 batch. So nothing is known properly about the placements. The students are told there will be centralised placements.

Students are eligible for placements in 4th year. Our placements are centralised with the main Manipal Campus. Plenty of great companies have visited, Amazon, Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, etc Average package for the past 3 years has been above 20Lpa. At least 90% students get placed.

The course covers all aspects of computer science like data structures, algorithms, and database systems and in our third year we'll go deeper into artificial intelligence and machine learning as well and get hands-on experience in the labs.

from 5th semester pre placements offers begin and 7th semester companies enter for recruitment Microsoft, Google, Boeing are few companies that recruit the students, avg salary for CS dept is 18lpa Highest was 55LPA and average is 18-22.5LPA for cs dept 100% placement in the CS department I personally want to sit for placements and get a job

The curriculum is very relevant and sustainable. Professors are well experienced and they follow the curriculum of main manipal. We have quiz for 10 marks and then midsems for 30 marks and assignments for 10 marks rest 50 for endsems

Course curriculum is very relevant to the current scenario and the professors of manipal institute of technology keep changing the curriculum every four years to keep it relevant to the current scenario
