- The food is one of the best thing in manipal they have the best menu every week
- The infrastructure is very good the buildings are tall and air conditioned

- Travel discomfort - I lived in a city that was out of the way, and commuting was a hectic and slightly expensive endeavour
- NRI quota which is unfair for the students who came by merit

- The campus life is really worth the money the hostel infrastructures are really good including that of the academic blocks ,the labs of all the departments are well equipped with latest instruments.
- The faculty here is a really experienced faculty , they really guide you throughout the semester and help you to gain a deeper knowledge of the subject
Dislikes
- The hectic schedule of the labs and classes reallymake it difficult to manage the studies and extra curriculum
Placement Experience:
From the 7th semester onwards the students are ellig8ble for the placements Around 150 companies visit the campus for placements some of the major recruiters being microsoft,amazon,adobe,goldman sachs, mercedes,bmw etc Highest package of the 2023 batch was around 54lpa offered by microsoft and the average being 12.59lpa lowest package was around 4lpa More than 85% of students got placed last year

- The infrastructure of MAHE is really amazing.
- MAHE provides you with a great library, which is probably the second largest library in India.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The exams in the college are a little on the difficult side, but I feel that is what prepares and makes the students of MAHE different from the students of other colleges. The curriculum also includes modern electives such as Artificial intelligence and Big Data as elective subjects

- The comfort and sense of freedom the college provides as its not a very well disciplined of strict college.
- The campus and classrooms are pretty nice and comfortable to sit for classes 9-5.
Dislikes
- The surroundings, the village this college is based nearby is not at all developed compared to others, I feel like.
- The crowd of a college as said its based in an empty village, hence the students are locals not all of them but lot of them which affects the crowd and environment of the college.
Placement Experience:
From 3rd the student can appear for placements and perfrom in internships. The placements for my branch on campus is pretty less, i wont lie because most of the companies come up looking for a software developer which they usually hire from CSE/CCE rather than DSE. But its not a problem as the market these days has a huge demand of Data Scientiest so scoring a placement/intenrship off campus is what i'd prefer as you'll also get a better package outside than from on campus placement. The percent of students getting on campus placement from my branch is pretty low being around 10% per year but everyone gets an off campus placement for sure. I am quite uncertain about my exact plans after the degree but i am hoping to get a work experience of an year or 2 and def go for masters abroad.

- There are good hangout spots around the campus
- Food court is great, if you want convience Food court 1 is a better option, If you're fine with walking a bit long I'd recommend Food Court 2 as they're food taste better comparatively

- Campus could have been better, it's kinda conjusted
Course Curriculum Overview:
The Curriculum of the course is decent just like any other college in India but I think you got an advantage in this college that there's only 25% theory and 75% practicals, you don't have any useless subjects like language. Talking about how it prepares us for real world applications, it does nothing really can't blame the college, it is like this everywhere, The industry keeps updating but the teaching methods are ancient.

- I’ll say the placement here is of very pretty standard they live upto your expectations, the way the faculties are involve and you know we respect can see the efforts they are putting for oue placement and internships
- Yeah and you’ll get celebrate every festive here with great celebrations and quiet good quality because it’s a hotel management college were students organise everything from food preparation to decorations to conducting programs to serving etc
Dislikes
- We are forced to work for programs even when we don’t want to participate, you’ll get to experience this a lot when times you don’t want to participate in the upcoming program but the college blackmails you with attendance and principal that’s worse
- Btw it’s a hotel management college but no student likes their own college foods sometimes it’s goot but sometimes it’s worse
Placement Experience:
Actually people do look up to you when you say the name of your college and appreciate you and they really look forward yk and the placements are actually good and live up to standards and everyone get's chance to sit for any company that are coming and the college prepares you very well for the placement gouextra lengths by taking a lot of classes on GD, PI, resume writing and extempore etc. and there will be a lot if guest lecturers and extra classes from all the guests etc and by the time the placement starts everyone is confident and many does better

- Our department is very disorganized and doesn't inform things on time
- Department is way too strict regarding any extracurricular activities
Course Curriculum Overview:
Timing of exams are fine. Course curriculum can be given earlier and things can be taught properly rather than reading out from a powerpoint. This really makes a huge difference. Along with curriculum they provide the materials to refer as well.

- Supportive faculty with in depth knowledge, fostering a strong environment
- Vibrant campus life with numerous clubs and activities for students to engage after class hours
Dislikes
- Gender ratio imbalance girls more than boys
- The securities here show a lot of attitude for even a slightest thing you forget
Course Curriculum Overview:
We follow a OBE syllabus which is best adapted for the current outside situation. Faculties also have weekly meetings among themselves to discuss to tackle issues and problems of the students to bring the best outcome possible.
Likes
- The campus is really well built and looks very pretty. The hostels are very luxurious although pricey. The sports facilities are well maintained and readily available
- Faculty are kind and understanding, some of which teach very well and have vast knowledge of their subject. lab facilities are very good with every pc having enough specs to run smoothly
Dislikes
- Location of the college is pretty bad nothing is nearby and on top of that the campus curfew is 9:30 so it's hard to go out due to everything being so far and curfew being so esrly
- College makes you pay for everything. Even after paying so much fees they make you buy lab manuals, lab records and don't give any notebooks form their side either
Placement Experience:
Our campuses first ever placements are going on right now. Students are eligible for placements from 4th year only. 3rd year they can get internship offers which can turn into placement offers. Currently the highest package achieved by students is 35lpa. Which for the first ever placement is pretty good. The placements are still going on with big companies like nvidia, oracle, Amazon, Flipkart, bigbasket etc. the average package will be around 8-10 lpa once fully completed. As it's still going on the % of students who will be placed is hard to tell. I plan on working for 2 years from my placement and try going abroad for masters.

- The college teachers are very cooperative.Some of them really care about your career. You can call the teacher anytime if you have any doubt or any problem and the teacher will try his level best to answer the query and help you get your query resolv
- The infrastructure is also top notch. With good quality foam chairs. Your body doesn't ache even if you sit for long hours . The tables are also wide given ample space for books and backpacks
Dislikes
- The lights are too bright and it creates a lot of pressure on eyes.the window could have a huge space for sunlight to come.
- The things written on the board is not clearly visible from the last few rows.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course is pretty relevant to the market. The curriculum focuses on real life projects and practical aspects.The topics are also industry relevant and topics and case studies taught were aligned with my career goals. The exams were well spaced throughout the semester providing me ample amount of time to prepare for the examination. The exams are challenging and cover comprehensive topics.The teaching methodology could also related some physical textbooks as textbook give good experience

- The resources and faculty members were great, the environment of the college and the infrastructure development.
- Muj has everything when it comes to sports, cultural activities, outdoor or indoor activities, Clubs and events. You can definitely learn a lot.
Placement Experience:
Placements are provided by the college and it depends upon the needs of the students what exactly they want to do. And overall we gat placement offers from companies and hospitals like Accenture, amazon etc.
