There is entry fee for all the events conducted by the clubs. I feel if its a college event then it should be for free. It is our own college event. The is penalty fee for almost everything and also it is high. Makeups and backlogs are also high

Fees and Financial Aid:

The course fees in manipal for my course computer science and engineering is 5 lacks per annum. It is constan fir All the four years. But before the course fee there are application feeses like entrance exam fee was 1500 approx for each attempt. There were two attempts in total . Then 10000 deposit should be done for councelling and taking admission based on your met rank. The scholorships are only for below 250 ranked people.

Why? Manipal blr

Fees for First year is 4.60 lacks according to my batch and rest three years it's 5.09 lacks, all these are tuition fees and there are some relaxation for students whose parents earn less than some 8 lack's per anum.

My college review

The fee structure is spread across 4 years which is also the duration of my course. In the first year i paid 3,35,000 inr. Second year i paid net fee of 5,09,000. In the 3rd and 4th year i'll be paying the same fee of 5,09,000. So, the net fee amounts to 18,62,000 inr which is excluding my hostel fee. The fee increased compared to my first year by a substantial amount. Including my yearly hostel fee which is 1,84,116 inr, the net fee comes to total sum of 24,14,348 inr. The additonal caution fee paid is 10,000 inr. The fee of my batchmates is more or less the same except for the hostel fee which ultimately depends on the type of the hostel room they choose. There are scholarship programs available based on the entrance exam ranking.

College makes you pay for everything. Even after paying so much fees they make you buy lab manuals, lab records and don't give any notebooks form their side either

My two years at MIT Bengaluru!!!

The tuition fee is fixed at the beginning of the college and has been the same since then for me . Scholarships are comparatively less for the MIT department, though good scholarships are there in non - engineering departments . The existing scholarship criteria is to have a rank below 1000 in MET exam , which is not that easy to achieve. Overall the scholarship scenario isn't that great and the normal fees isn't that budget friendly either.

Life in manipal blr

Tution fee is very costly in Manipal with 3.5 lakhs in first year, and 5 lakhs for 3 years .. Thr complete cost of tution fee and hostel including would be roughly around 26 lakhs (4years). Scholarship are provided for first 100 toppers .. for them the fees is free .Trolly only have to pay for hostel . There's Scholarship for student who's parents are earning less than 8lpa . The total fees for them would be around 12 lpa -15 lpa (4 years). Average lpa is 12 in Manipal. Highest around 50ish every year

Tuition fee approx - 18lakhs, hostel fee - approx 8 lakhs for four years (2lakhs per year). There are merit scholarships. You need to pay the fees in installments, hostel fees include all things laundry and mess stay. almost 95% students get placed in top mncs. the companies include - Accenture,adani,andritz hydro,anglo easter,autorabit,birlasoft,bosch,byju's,Infosys,capgemini,cognizant,comniva,dell,delloite,ericsson,hitachi,hero,intel andn many other more top companies. due to the location- bangalore, it has great opportunities for placement both internal and external off campus placements

MIT is a party place!!

Fees obviously at Manipal is higher than the most but to justify that the college hasn't just a build a solid infrastructure but have also given us a million reasons to explore beyond academics. There are state and central scholarships available and students who qualify can apply for the same.
