IIT Dhanbad Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Placement season starts in the month of October. The final-year students are eligible for the placements. Most of the students who join for summer internships would get the pre-placement offer. Other students can apply off campus.

The class routine in from 9am to 12 pm and then practical from 2.30pm to 5.30pm. Students are allowed to stay out in the campus upto 12am for both girls and boys. Campus entering timing is 10pm. One negative thing here is the fine for violation of rules. Example: fine for smoking is 20,000 rupees. For fighting among friends 60,000 rupees.

IIT ISM Dhanbad is the most famous college in India for Mining and earth sciences courses. It has a well furnished campus with lush green trees and a well oxygenated environment and clean roads with dustbins installed at every short distance.
