My rank in jee advanced is approximately 14k and in my mind rank is 10k. I was getting top circuital branch in top 10 nits. But still I chose mining engineering at IIT Dhanbad due to its tag and strong alumini network. For getting into my college, students have to clear jee advanced examination with good rank. For this we have to study without any distraction in our 11 th and 12th.

- The beautiful campus and campus life of our college.
- The placements and internship opportunities provided in our college.

- The course plan of our semesters make our schedule very packed.
- Hostel rooms for first year is very small.

Firstly I applied for this college as it has IIT tag which is the most proknowned institute of India. And also I was getting a very good branch which is Electronics and communication engineering in my rank range in JEE advanced.

- There are too many clubs for interacting with others which will make a person confident in life.
- We interact with our seniors and alumnis frequently which is very helpful in academics as well as life.

- The academic schedule is too hectic which is bad as one can get very less time for personal growth.
- The hostel rooms are too small according to some of my friends but that is only in first year.

Actually, after clearing JEE, I was aimed to go for a branch related to maths or computer because I was interested in studying these subjects further. So I made a list on the basis of the colleges I liked to and then put this course in order of rank of colleges. And according to me JEE rank l, I got it.

Look I scored not well in jee advanced but I wanted IIT. Iit ism Dhanbad was earlier a ism and had great scope in mining engineering so I choosed it so that I get iit tag and also money and package for me

- Colleges campus is too good and weather of college location is charming through our the year . Also the facilities of classroom are very comfortable and classy.
- College sports facilities are like international level. 2 ground for cricket and athletics one more ground for normal matches. Olympics level basket ball court is there . State level coaches are there in each game .
Dislikes
- Campus is very big so college need to provide free cycle or auto service but they provide payable e riksa
- Since the college located in dhnabda jharkhand, No much option for travelling or enjoying near the campus. Only one two good places are there like fall ,dam etc.
Admission:
Firstly my dream is to go to IIT college because of its good placement and very big and beautiful campuses with all facilities. Secondly since my rank is 9k in jee advance . My first priority is circuital branch in first generation IIT so I prefer IIT ism Dhanbad electrical over computer science branch in second or third generation IIT . Secondly since I love physics I want to pursue that type of courses where logically thinking involved. Admission process is easy there is one portal name as jossa where you have registered yourself and then you need to fill the priority of college and branch according to your priority and rank you got college there will be 6 round in that if you don't got good college in first round go for further chances will be high you got good colleges. My suggestion is to consider both branch and college during filling the priority of your college selection since it will impact further during placements. For admission in IITs you must need to clear jee mains and advanced and atleast 75% marks in 12th board exam .

- Regional biases are predominant and most of the faculties and even students hail from west bengal.

Considering my engineering backround, and my interest in social sciences, made me choose this course, which I don't regret. I chose this over my offer from IIT Mandi, in MA Development Studies, as this field is very new in india and has huge potential to be researched upon. I got into this college by JOAPS counselling, My IIT JAM MA rank was AIR-539 (EWS Category). I chose this college because of my branch (Mathematics and Computing) and it was my choice according to my rank. So I was happy about the college I got into. For M.sc Admission IITs conduct the IIT JAM exam and by JOAPS counseling you can be admitted into this college. The eligibility criteria is 55% in your graduation for all IITs. The cutoff for last year was around 450 for open category. Overall It was really a good experience to get into IIT Dhanbad.

Since i qualified jee advanced with the rank of 15817. I choiced old IIT all branches for choosing college over branch but i could not make thier beacause of my rank. Since I was self study student who also taught tutions to 5-10th class students in preparation time i had no regret. Now i had chance to get some good branch in new iit and environmental science and mining engineering in IIT ISM Dhanbad. But i chose Environmental Engineering over all those options because of mine interest in research purposes and i wanted to do something for this environmental problems in these world. Also i could get cse in NITS but I chose IIT over NIT because of its tag and future opportunity and i have bo any regret as destiny has chosen me for this.

I applied to other colleges like other iits above this having good place menta than this iit. I got selected for many colleges but I want q good college with good branch so I chose this college. I didn't get a rejection from other college as in the councelling process the college i appointed is this college. I got entered in the college through jee advanced. I scored 5069 rank in JEE Advanced and I wanted to opt for top branches like CSE, ECE and EE. The best option available for ECE was this college. Being best 10th IIT and almost about to complete 100years as college were two things which attracted me to this college. It has great alumni network is quite well reputed in fields like mining, petroleum etc. I was getting CSE in 3rd gen IIT but just for branch I would missed all those opportunities which I am getting here . Admission process to my college is through JOSSA after clearing JEE Advanced exam. You need to prepare a priority list of colleges with their specific branches and then councelling starts in various rounds and then you are provided with seats.

You need to secure at least 75% in the 10+2 class level board examination. Besides this, you also need to be in the top 20 percentile in the 10+2 examination. If you belong to any reserved category, then a relaxation of 10% will be provided in eligibility criteria.
No, the MBA course fee is not the same for all. The institute charges INR 6.35 lakhs for two years from general students & OBC, and INR 34,900 for two years from SC and ST students.
The last date to register for GATE CCMT 2022 is June 12, 2022. The payment will be paid last by June 13, 2022. The classes will be commenced by August 2022. Check the result on the official website.
