Government Polytechnic Dhanbad was established in 1998 at Dhanbad, Jharkhand. The Institute only provides Diploma Courses with specializations namely: Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, and Computer Science and Engineering. Government Polytechnic Dhanbad Admission

The Candidates are admitted on the basis of the Entrance Exam administered by the Jharkhand Board. The Candidates have to clear that JCECEB Entrance Exam and get good cut off. After the exam, the results get published on the news media similar to the admission notification.

Application Procedure:

Details of admission for the diploma courses notified in the news media should be referred by the Candidates.
The application form for admission should be collected from any recognized centres like Post offices and Banks as made valid by the institution.
Appear for JCECEB and get a good score.

Library: The Institute has a well-managed Library for all the students and teachers. All types of books and question banks are available in the library of the institution. The workshops are well equipped with the latest machines, equipment, and all the necessary things. These workshops can make students know about all the machines and will help them in the future.

Admission:

I applied for GP Adityapur and GP ranchi but I got GP Dhanbad through councelling and I did not go for 2nd round councelling because the college is near to my home town . We have to appear for exam then their is councelling through which college is alloted and then admission process starts

GP Dhanbad rank 2 college

Admission:

I have applied for many other colleges in my seat counselling such as GP koderma GP Ranchi GP adityapur GP Bokaro But GP Dhanbad was my priority college and that I got confirmed admission here. I have choosed this college because this college was rank 2 college in terms of placement and my favourite branch CS was available here. My college admission process is very simple first you have quality Jharkhand polytechnic entrance exam once you get qualified the exam you have to apply for seat counselling to favourite branch and favourite colleges And once you got selected in counselling for this college then you could go to get admission in GP Dhanbad college.

The eligibility for this course is that the student must have been at least a 10th or 12th-pass student. Application forms, application fees, and application dates will be collected from the Google application.

According to me, the best polytechnic college of Jharkhand, and I have studied here, had a great experience, special it has hostel facility and mess, and workshop condition is very poor, It has 5 branches, civil, mech, metallurgy, com. Sci, electrical engg.
