The Department of Anthropology and Tribal Studies at the School for the Study of Culture maintains a favorable teacher-student ratio, largely due to numerous admission cancellations caused by the absence of hostel facilities and high transportation costs. Despite these challenges and a low placement rate for anthropology students, the faculty remains supportive, helping with transportation and accommodation, especially for non-local students.
