In 2012, college admissions were facilitated through the spot round of AIEEE via CCB counselling, with students required to submit original documents before paying fees and receiving room assignments and curricula. Internal sliding was conducted to fill leftover seats, prioritizing Jammu students. The college's faculty primarily focuses on basic topics, neglecting advanced material and offering limited practical knowledge. Events and productive final projects are rarely organized by faculty. The annual fee is Rs 2,00,000, which includes a Rs 30,000 mess fee and a Rs 25,000 hostel fee, with the remainder covering academic fees.
