College is good if you only want degree at affordable cost but its not for you if you want to enjoy your college life.

Likes

Library is very good. You can find almost all the books related to the course and it also contain the books related to various competitive exams.

Dislikes

Mess food is very bad. Quality of mess food is below average.
Equipements in are not up to the mark. Equipements in the lab are either

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculam is not good. Focus is more on theory rather than on Practical knowledge. Students have to study on their own to be industrial ready. Students study through online and offline courses to be ready to work in industry. Course curriculum doesn't prepares us for the real-world applications, we have to learn it all by our own. There are two sessional exams in middle of every semester conducted by college itself and one final exam at the end of semester conducted by the Himachal Pradesh Technical University.

My college Journey.

Likes

I like about the college that its location. It is located in Hilly areas.
One more thing i have liked about the college is its fee structure which is very less as compared to otger colleges.

Dislikes

Most disliked thing is its infrasture.It is too bad.
Staff is not highly educated. Most of them are hired as contract basis.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum of the course are too old, in today's generation this curriculim not suits best as I am CSE student and curriculum for that was too old and not proper coding languages had taught there. However difficulty of present curriculum is quite descent.

Sports facilities is very nice in our college like volleyball cricket and many games are played in our college
In our college many clubs like sports , coding,dance,music and etc

Dislikes

Campus of the college is small so I disagree with this
There is no smart blackboard for teaching a student

The best courses in our college is computer science engineering AI ML and textile engineering because these are the highest demanding branches in all the sectors the timing of the college exams is about 3 hours to complete the paper

Ares is less as this is situated at hill.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Jngec is so good and it's surrounding is full of Greenery. In mid semester 1 and 2. The timeing of exams is 1 and half an hour and in end sem the timing is 2 hour and mat are of 50 marks and end sem is of 60 marks

Education ,culture and teachers are the best
My college organizes educational trips out of Himachal every semester like kerala,bhopal,jaipur,ujain ....

Placement Experience:

My college under hptu university was new and my batch was first batch so there are not much placements There are not many placement opportunities, but 3-4 companies visit for placements. Their packages range from approximately 1.5 lakh to 2.5 lakh annually, providing some options for graduates.

It has great campus

Likes

like the environment of the college and very great interaction with teacher
Teacher are helpful and supportive labs have many equipment and tools which is required for experiment

Dislikes

Air conditioner is not present in class and not many windows are present
Classroom pice are very slow update are required and projector are bit dim

Every course is a bit hard and challenging and it's more of practical knowledge rather than theoretical knowledge the course works on the course outcome(cos) which should be full field by students and exams are also tough because we have to write about the answers according to it cos. The exams are held semester-wise.

Likes

There is peace in that place. No hustle bustle is there.
Study is also good . Staff is okay. Evrthung is ok

Hostel facilities . Not proper meals is there.
There is something school sustem is there

Btech is a very good course . There is many scopes . And there is almost 12th 10th syllabus . Teaching method can be solve by allow good and high level teachers who done mtech phd to teach. Timing of exam is sufficient.

I only like industrial visits as they are free of cost.

As I am doing btech in CSE. As my brother also came from this background so that's why I feel like...he is also there in order to give me right direction regarding subjective knowledge. Basically everything is good in our college,there are industrial visits,sports meet and other co curriculum activities. Campus is good. Faculty members are also good.
