Haryana College of Technology and Management (HTCM), Haryana was established in 1998. The college is approved by AICTE, Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India, Directorate of Technical Education and Govt. of Haryana and is affiliated to Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. The college is an ISO certified institute and accredited by NBA. The college has also been approved by Director Technical Education to admit Diploma Holders.

The library is fully computerized and has 20 computers equipped with all other peripheral devices like laser printers, scanners and barcode readers etc.
It has a very good collection of print as well as electronic resources. It has around 25144 text & reference books, 1000 CDs and VCDs
It subscribes 112 national & International Journals & magazines and 364 online international journals in the field of Engineering

There are separate hostels for girls and boys

Awesome place to study technology.

The college is superb. It has all the instruments required for modern biotechnology courses. The college has a great faculty.
