05 Aug, 2025 DHE Haryana has reopened the Admission Portal 2025 for UG courses. The last date to register @admissions.highereduhry.ac.in is August 28, 2025.

Haryana College of Technology and Management (HCTM) offers admission in undergraduate and postgraduate degrees of B.Tech., BCA, BBA and M.Tech., MCA and MBA respectively.

HCTM was established in the year 1998 and is located in Kaithal, Haryana.

Admission in BCA and BBA courses is given on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination.
Candidates applying for admission into the B.Tech. course should have appeared for the JEE Main entrance exam to be eligible for admission.
Candidates who have completed their Diploma in Engineering are eligible for Lateral Entry into the 3^rd semester of B.Tech.
Seats to the M.Tech. and MCA courses are allotted by Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra.
Admission into the MBA course at HCTM is based on the entrance exam conducted annually by Kurukshetra University.

HCTM Kaithal B.Tech, BBA and BCA Admission 2023

HCTM Kaithal offers B.Tech., BCA and BBA courses at the UG level. Candidates should have completed their 10+2 education from a recognized board to be eligible for admission.

Candidates applying for B.Tech are also required to have taken up Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects alongside one of the following subjects: Chemistry / Biology / Computer Science.

Admission into the B.Tech. will be done based on the candidates’ score in the JEE Main. BCA and BBA admissions are based on the merit basis.

User facts:

Candidates who are Diploma holders can also obtain admission into the 3^rd semester of B.Tech. through Lateral Entry provided they have minimum 45% aggregate (40% for reserved category).
Candidates with Diploma in Architecture are also eligible for admission into B.Tech. (Civil) through Lateral Entry.
Candidates who have a B.Sc. degree can apply for admission into B.Tech. Lateral Entry.

HCTM Kaithal M.Tech, MBA and MCA Admission 2023

Admission into the MBA, and M.Tech. courses at HCTM are provided for students who have completed their Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.

Admission will be done on the basis of performance in the entrance exam conducted by Kurukshetra University.

The mode of application is offline. Candidates need to follow the subsequent steps:

Fill all the necessary details and attach the following documents:
1. Qualifying Examination i.e. 10+2 / Intermediate / Senior Secondary School Examination.
2. Passing Certificate of the Qualifying Examination i.e. Class 12.
3. Character Certificate after passing Class 12.
4. Migration Certificate after passing Class 12.
5. Matriculation / High School Certificate.
6. JEE Main Rank (Score) Card.
7. Admit Card of JEE Main entrance exam.
8. Haryana Residence Certificate.
9. Schedule Caste Certificate, if applicable.
10. Backward Class Certificate, if applicable.
11. Certificate in respect of Physically Handicapped Candidates, if applicable.
12. Proof of Ex-serviceman, if admission is being sought under “ESM” category.

Hctm kaithal study wise was a good College. The campus was also very good. All the staff was experienced. It was a good place to learn,I got the entrance via merit list. It was on 12th 2011 when I went to college to take admission. I choose ece so that I can have both soft and elections knowledge

Campus is very good.

Admission:

After getting result of AIEEE exam, i applied for getting admission in b.tech., I applied in number of college near me to get admission. In counsling process, in first counsling i get admission in other college but in second cousling i get admission in HCTM college, i feel that this college is better then first counsling college., So i took admission.

Awesome place to study technology.

Admission:

I was studying in 10+2 from DAV school tohana and started preparing for AIEEE and then I went to chandigarh to prepare for AIEEE where I got many things to learn whiched helped me to score good rank in AIEEE. I went for AIEEE exam then finally the day come and result was out and I got a good rank. After that counselling happen and I was selected in HCTM as per my rank. I went to college and submitted my complete set of documents for admission.
