Faculty is helpful and have great knowledge of the subject,ambience is great,
The college also provides a scholarship every 6 months to students for free and job placements are taken nicely and good companies are approaching the university
The faculty of law is one of the best law colleges of india so there are many local and famous companies visited for requirements and students are also placed there or tnp cell provide good placement opportunities to students

Dislikes

Internshi opportunities are provided but the companies that comes for those drives are not so great and dont provide such a good exposure.
Placements are mainly done by college students only, faculty is not helping in it
No placements policies * for the faculty of arts students and no internship programs too.

The environment, atmosphere, courses offered and many more new things and activities
The infrastructure and learning skills that are provided to the students

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is relevant and I choose this course as it offers specialization in a particular subject just like MBA to have more scope after completing graduation. College also make much efforts for this but they need to improve their teaching methods like to give practical knowledge to Students to experience more things in real life. The frequency and timing of exams are moderate and the difficulty level is between moderate to difficult.

Good campus placement generally around 80% get placement. Being president of MSF, I can say one of the top companies comes to the faculty like Federal Bank, IFFCO, Ami Lifesciences, IDBI, highest was about 14 LPA averaging of 7 LPA

MSU is good if you can keep up for yourself

MSU campus really gives the dream, medieval and serene vibes. The campus is very much wide. I'm from faculty of arts.
I'm in third year of bachelor's at the psychology department. It has in house internship and also one of the rare collges that allows for the student to choose a specialisation paper from third year onwards (obviously depending upon marks)
It doesn't have hard and fast rules. The professors are very supportive.

Dislikes

The classes are cancelled often but for psychology department , it's okayish.
For a reputed university, the academic pattern is a bit outdated.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The Psychology department or the Faculty of Education and Psychology is one of the unique and popular faculty of the university. It allows freedom and nurtures the students. There are frequent seminars and workshops which is more of an interdisciplinary approach for exposure and preparing the individuals for an all round development. The faculty has two exams - mid semester and end semester, which is 30+70. I suggest to attain the classes regularly or if not, be prepared as early as possible cause the exams are unpredictable.

Likes

Good faculty and experienced teachers. Labs are efficient and well equipped.
Good college crowd and memory making place. Nice people and nice canteen services in the premises with a mix of old and new architecture.
Nice crowd and cultural events as well as college and departmental functions and days.

Dislikes

College politics and elections. I was never a big fan of politics but people who were there seem to enjoy it

The course is in fact meticulously designed for students to take them through everything, every topic in an explicit way. All the topics are designed to build a strong academic character for every student. Although it's limited and some topics such as plasma were never covered.

Overall review and experience about hostel and college life of MSU

MSU is a very good college. When I was applying for admission here, I learned a lot of things, and the faculties here are also very good at teaching. The food and drink here are also very good, and the hostel facilities here are quite good too.
This college is quite affordable for foreigners as well, and people from all over the world come here to study. There are a variety of cultures available here, and all festivals are celebrated, from those of the North to those of the South. The food

I really like the professors of my despartment
The current syllabus that we have is really interesting
The campus is really big and the canteens are really affordable

The strength of the class is really big which sometimes do create problems
I see lack of opportunities as compared to other prestigious universities and colleges
I think they should work on the timing of some of the classes

The syllabus of my course ie English Literature is one of the most likable thing about my college. I am really enjoying the syllabus at the moment. We have variety of genres and styles of literature in our course which makes it really interesting to study if you're interested in Literature.

no air conditioning in class gets really hot during summers
only some faculty member and teacher are good at teaching but some are not

I also like building structure and garden which is in MSU

The course curriculum is designed in such a way that all B.Sc students in life sciences (zoology, botany, and chemistry) can pursue the Master's course.
