GSFC University, established in 2014, is a private institution in Vadodara, Gujarat. It is approved by the UGC. It ranked 102nd in the IIRF rankings of 2025 for its industry-oriented programs. The university offers various undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and doctoral programs.

B.Tech is the most popular course available across Chemical, CSE, Fire & Environment, Health, and Safety Engineering specialisations.
Admissions to the B.Tech program are conducted through ACPC for the State Quota seats and through JEE Main/GUJCET scores for the Management Quota seats. Seats are allotted through ACPC Counselling.

GSFC University Courses & Fees 2026

GSFC offers courses across Engineering, Computer Applications, Science, Commerce, and Management disciplines. The most popular full-time B.Tech program is available under 5 specialisations. The cost for each semester of the B.Tech program is INR 61,500. It includes tuition fees and examination fees. GSFC University Admission 2026

GSFC University offers a range of programs in Engineering, Science, and Arts across undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels. At the UG level, it offers B.Tech, B.Sc, BCA, B.Com, and BBA, while PG options include M.Sc and MBA in various specialisations. PhD programs are available in four disciplines. GSFC University admissions are entrance exam-based for management quota seats and merit-based for state quota seats. A registration fee of INR 350 has to be paid online during the B.Tech application.

B.Tech program admission is conducted under State Quota through ACPC and Management Quota (All India Seats).
Through the State Quota, seats are filled by the Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC), Government of Gujarat.
Through the Management Quota, all India quota seats are filled by GSFC University based on the following criteria:
- Based on JEE Main or GUJCET exam scores.
- The candidates should have passed 10+2 level in the science stream with a minimum of 45% marks in the general category.
- If seats are not filled under JEE & GUJCET, vacant seats will be transferred to either of the categories.
- Seats are allotted in the ACPC Counselling round.

GSFC University Application Process

To apply for GSFC University, candidates need to visit the official website,

Go to the Admissions tab, and click on "Apply Now."
After registering, they should choose their desired program (like B.Tech, B.Sc, M.Sc, BBA, or Ph.D.).
Fill in the required details, upload documents, and pay the application fee.
For B.Tech admissions, selection is based on JEE Main scores and inter-se merit, which can be checked online using the login ID and password.
Admission is granted based on merit, category, and seat availability.
Once admission is confirmed online, candidates must submit a hard copy of the application form, documents, and a signed fee receipt to the university.

Note: No changes in branch preference are allowed after the final date of online registration.

Ans. GSFC University is the first University in Gujarat to start a full-time Fire & EHS Engineering program in 2019. Likes

Firstly the university has a very friendly and lush green campus which provides its students a healthy environment for overall growth and development . The campus is widespread which gives a second home feel to every single student.
The campus connects one deeper to the earth which makes the soul fresh and keeps its students motivated throughout the day.
The expert faculties in the university are very kind, helping and they deliver very minute to minute details about the concepts as well as it's practical applications to the students very well. They impart quality education to each and every student.

Dislikes

The university should include more and more campus placing companies for wider option for their student to connect with the tech world around them more.
Overall the university has very good infrastructure facilities but it should increase the hostel facilities making it more better and spacious for the students
The university should also include compulsory Co-curricular activities for development of its students as responsible citizens.

Student view on course curriculum

The university has designed effective course curriculum which not only provides theoretical knowledge but also practical knowledge. This influenced me to choose the university. It prepares an individual in every possible way it can for becoming a professional employable professional. As of such, I dont think so there is any improvement needed since i haven't spent much time.

Internship opportunity provided by the college

The university provides great internship opportunities at the end of every semester after the first semester which provides an individual great experience till he/she reaches the 4th year. The university has many professional companies like netweb, barodaweb, adani, etc. It also provides minor and major projects at the end of 7th and 8th semester which builds up hands on practical experience for its students.

Yearly fees structure and scholarship

GSFC University aims for ?????? ??????? ??????? which means intelligence is purified by knowledge . The university provides its students with lots and lots of internship and practical experience opportunities which trains an individual to future professionals. Here, i have opted for Btech CSE and I'm currently pursuing my first year and till now the university has taught me a lot whether it is academics, cultural or life skills. My fees for the first year is around ?1, 27,000 along with ?15000 transportation fees. The university also provides hostel facility for girls and boys which is around ?90, 000 for a year including mess facility. The university believes in providing quality education to all and also promotes equality, hence providing scholarship, fee waivers, etc.

College fest and various activities

The campus not only provides a learning experience but it also creates a healthy and cheerful environment promoting the overall growth of an individual. The campus is itself built very beautiful and friendly . It keeps one connected deep with nature. The university also has technical, non technical and cultural fests like ananta. Ananta the biggest fest of university is generally held in the month of March- April. The university has a very huge library which provides books for every topic . The classrooms are spacious and well equipped with facilities like smart boards and projectors for better delivery of concepts. Along with all this, the university also runs many student managed clubs like dance, singing, theatre, environment, smart data , debate, adventure and many more.

Student views on the faculty and exams

The faculty student relationship is more like a friendly one where the students are free to interact with the faculty at any moment . The faculties are so helpful that they never leave the student with any difficulties and make the concepts crystal clear for them by contrasting them with real life applications. All the faculties are professional and have a great treasure of knowledge. Every single faculty provides their best of knowledge making concepts simplified and understable. The university also includes the student managed clubs connecting the students to non- academics and develop physical health. The university provides foundation bridging the gap between technical and real life world. The exams provide one an overall evaluation of his/her weakness and strengths.

College competence

From the very beginning it was my dream to be in such a reputated and best education providing university. I had got admissions in many other colleges like parul, itm, navrachna university situated in Vadodara itself but i chose GSFC University over everything because of its quality education, professional employment, engaging atmosphere and cheerful campus. I always wanted the best when it comes to education. I didn't get admission here firstly but my firmness to get admission in this university got me here and I'm really grateful to be here now. The admission process here is very smooth and clear. It sets a simpler eligibility criteria for its students to get their desired fields. It provides proper cutoff to students irrespective of their castes and background. It has space for everyone who dreams to achieve something and achieve it through determination, hardwork and dedication.

Night life inside the campus

The university resides in the campus of GSFC Private limited. Hence, it includes shopping centers, printing shops, stationary, grocery, etc. It is situated in the Dashrath area and contains many cafes nearby . The adventure clubs also sometimes take night activities and night stays. After a whole tiring day, the university comforts its students in nature's lap. The university also has gym, swimming pool, cafes and gardens where students can relax in their free time. The hostel closes at around 11 pm in the night.

Dislikes

Overall the university has very good infrastructure facilities but it should increase the hostel facilities making it more better and spacious for the students

Admission:

I also have to chance to onther well know college but those are government where environment was not so good and i know that the placement was good but in this current time only skills are required so i build skills any clg but i need is to get a perfect environment and facility to enhance my focus to achieve that goal i have already a roadmap before joining the clg and branch so i know that what to do in cse brach how to crack like big company and other stuff but all you need is skills development and i choose this clg for my comfort and environment also my rank was not so good but i hace chance to take admission in gujrat top 10 clg for engineering but i cant and admission process was acpc after Gujarat board and from jee through you need to fill up the university form online and have a management quota

They also have sports clubs and other games area like cricket, football ground,etc.they also give bus facility al around Vadodara.sostudents can easily travel through bus and by personal vehicle.
Quality of studying.good classroom facility and big sized class. Light and fans also well worked.
Their campus are very big and having 2 canteens . all-around greenery and cleanliness they're also have many labs and library room . gardens and seating area also ..

Dislikes

Not taking regularly attendance and less celebration of festival

Admission:

Their are many colleges but this one is one of the best colleges out of all. Itsalso near form my home so it's easy to reach it at time which can save time and money also . Other college are to long distance to reach and not have quality study and no regular attendance taking and etc disbeneifts.

Atmosphere: definitely university is surrounded by trees and gardens no more distractions available in this university compare to other this university environment created to narrow down students mindset with the study only.
Labs: being chemical engineer laboratories plays a invincible role in our study journey while i just want to say that this university have so many labs including chemistry lab computer lab physics lab with the great capacity of students.

Admission:

After completing my diploma, i am very confused to choose future university after looked for the tons of options this university catch my attention by their environmentally friendly campus and great architecture hotels also available there infront of university main gate for the both male or female students, and this university is nearby to my home so i choose this university for my beachlor

Admission:

Comparing according to the best university in Vadodara which is Maharaja Sayaji Rao university (MSU) this university with has far more better lab facility and the overall educational culture is better compare to many integer university in the city .

Bitter, but necessary

Admission:

I chose this college because the other where providing the same course but the fee was low here. There hoatel facilities and fees was low compared to the other one that I applied. Another reason is that I wanted to join NCC and that was not available there.

Good infrastructure with labs, classrooms.
good library, gym, culture center and play area.
Green lush campus with gardens, temple, and good atmosphere.

Dislikes

shopping center inside campus in not quite good for student's needs
campus is quite away fom city, connected by highway.

Admission:

I chose this college because it focuses on practical learning which is required for industrial needs. It is cumpulsory to do internship or project after every semester ( except 4th). This is incuded in semester grading.

Introducing the GSFC UNIVERSITY

In my college there is no projectors in lab but they have large scree to teach students and the lab computer was amazing you can definitely choose these college.
There are the many clubs to do interaction with each other

Dislikes

In the summer the all three buildings of the UNIVERSITY are to much heated.
And there is no Ac in the classes but the Ac are available in The lab
The campus was so big but the distance between the lab building and the library is to far.

Admission:

I applied for the GSFC UNIVERSITY and M.B Patel college anand I got selected from the both college but I prefer for GSFC UNIVERSITY because tere is no break between semester because in that gao they give Internship for the build up your skill at industrial levelNo igot no rejection from other colleges.The admission process is online or offline both you want to pay admission fee 500rs at online admission then you want to go counseling and then paying the First semester fees you secure your seat. The eligible criteria is more than 45 percent in board exams.My overall admission process is amazing it is easy to take admission.
