IIT Delhi Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The course curricullum is okay, like somtimes it's too much but on normal days it okay to deal with it. The exams are mostly continous without any breaks. Sometimes you even have to deal with two exams on the same day.

Students can get internship after 1st year ie 2nd semester. Also some students in 1st semester had gotten internship but not all. In companies Google, Microsoft, Infosys, flipkart, Amazon, etc are there. Highest package is 3.7 crore and lowest package is 16 lac.

We're eligible for placements in 7th semester. OCS is the regulatory body for campus placements in my college. From 7th semester december placement season starts. Highest package 3Cr Lowest package 9 lacs 99 % placements My plans are getting placed in an MNC after getting degree from college

In this course, I learn basic computer skills and mechanics. That is very well With respect to me. There are many students and faculty. All faculty members have PhD in specific subjects. And their teaching methods are very well. Teach like a friend. Exams are conducted within 3 months and some tests are organized in all chapters.

The Campus Placement Stats of IIT Delhi is good. The highest package offered in 2023 was INR 2 crore per annum and the average was around 17.5LPA, however, the placement stats of my branch are not available as it is a new branch and the first placement will be next year.

placements in IIT DELHI is very very good , almost every final year students gets placed in his 7th semester , yeah the placements starts in the 7th semester , there are thousands of companies who visit here to hire students including google microsoft etc. 75% of the students who are in there final year gets placed in IIT DELHI my plan is to secure a good job

I haven't sat in placements but I heard they are good. However, it is really a pressure in IIT to get good placements as everyone expects high from you and you dont want to mess up the chances. I am still what I will do after the degree but will where it takes.

after the 7th semester, students become eligible for campus placement. The first day is called Day 1 (and not 0) at IITD. The most elite and sought-after companies come on Day 1, and their packages are obviously the highest among the visiting companies. There are Consulting companies including Mckinsey, B.C.G., Bain, Parthenon, A.T. Kearney in the morning slot, and Diamond, Opera, Essex in the evening slot. Their packages are 15-16 Lakhs, with the exception of Parthenon, which gives 29 LPA. There are Finance companies like Goldman Sachs, WorldQuant, Deutsche Bank, etc. They offer a bit higher packages. There are core companies including Schlumberger, GSK, ITC, and HUL. They offer packages in the range of 16-20 LPA. Schlum offers 34 lpa. Then there is a big chunk of Computer Science companies, like Google USA and India, Samsung Korea and India, Microsoft USA and India, Facebook USA, Tower Research, Code Nation, Nutanics, Visa, IBM, DirectI, etc. etc. All of them offer packages over 20 Lakhs

Our college placement is Excellent. Everyone gets a job from campus placement. The average package is around 12 lakh. Many big companies visit our campus for placement. Approx 90% of students get their dream job
