- The college has really good placements, a lot of companies offer a lot of job opportunities and the packages are quite high as well.

Students usually become eligible for campus placement from 5th semester onwards they are various companies including Accenture Flipkart Google tower research and many more giant a companies highest and average packages are very good in IIT Delhi as it can be search on the Google so I have not men send it here the percentage of students getting placement can lead to miss judge meant of the college as many students do not prefer to be get place as they are interested in higher studies in PhD mtech or pursue their other interest

almost every good company visit IIT delhi for recruitment and almost all student got placed in different sectors.

- The college's infrastructure is quite good and greenery is at its best.

- The hostels are decent but looking at the got wether in Delhi, air conditioners should be installed.

The placement offers are the best at IIT and especially at IIT DELHI. There are around 50-plus students who get placement offers over 1 CR every year. The average can account for 30 to 35 lacs per year which is a decent figure.

- the unavailability of any public means of transport for those who don't own a bicycle
- the hostel mess food which noone can guarantee when will it get better

From 4th semester of your degree programme, one becomes eligible for the well awaited placement opportunity by any student. It is a rigorous process. Mostly computer science students are on an edge in getting placements.

Course Curriculum Overview:
The course curriculum is very physics forward. Just like every engineering college, the first year curriculum is common for all branches, but the rest of the years are solely dependent on your branch. A lot of physics concepts are taught in civil engineering. The faculty here is very helpful and the exams are conducted on par with the schedule provided in the beginning of the semester. While getting a 10 GPA might not be easy, but passing a course is fairly easy.

- Great campus life. Beautiful campus and very good to roam around and chill with friends.

- Very stressed and hectic schedule daily.
- There is an attendance policy of 75% which is to be followed.
Placement Experience:
From the 8th semester onwards students become eligible for placements. Almost all the big companies and MNCS visit the campus to offer placements to the students. The average package of IIT Delhi is 20,00,000 and almost all the students who sit in the placements are placed in some or the other companies. The highest package of IIT Delhi is 4 crore Which is an international package. The highest domestic package goes around 1 cr. After the degree, I would like to have my own startup and not get placed in any company.

- Grading is quite tough. Professors usually don't easily give good grades.
Placement Experience:
From the 7th semester students generally sit for placements. Companies like Deloitte google microsoft amazon sprinker and many HFTs come and offer great packages. As far as civil core is concerned not many companies come to offer placements as most students who sit for placements sit for tech jobs. Nearly all of the sitting students in placements get placed. I also plan to do a tech job and go for non core jobs.

- Sports facilities are world class here in IIt delhi

- As such there is nothing to dislike majorly but even then mess food could be improved
- Faculties are not very interested in general to teach their students

How are the IIT Delhi hostel rooms?

The IIT Delhi hostel rooms are very comfortable and make you feel at home. The names of IIT Delhi hostels are based on the names of hill ranges of India- Aravali, Girnar, Himadri, Jwalamukhi, Kailash, Karakoram, Kumaon, Nilgiri, Satpura, Shivalik, Udayagiri, Vindhyachal and Zanskar. All the hostel rooms are two-seater. All the rooms are equipped with beds and almirahs. Water coolers are allowed inside the rooms during the summer season. The hostels of IIT Delhi are facilitated with a mess, washing machines, and drinking water supply on each floor. Here are some pictures of the IIT Delhi hostel rooms-
