- The college has really good placements, a lot of companies offer a lot of job opportunities and the packages are quite high as well.

- The hostel facilities are not as good as expected the meal is too bad.
- The race academy curriculum at iit delhi can be intense and demanding a leading to high levels of stress and pressure among students

Students generally sit for placement at the end of the third year and try for an internship at the end of the second year. Around 70 percent of students get placed in campus placement whereas only 50 percent of students get internship opportunities here at IIT Delhi.
My plan is to either pursue MBA from IIMs or get into an MNCs after completing my degree.

On our campus, placements are great with over 30 dream packages and companies like Google, Microsoft, meta, and many more. The internships here are great as well with almost the same as many companies but the no of internships is almost half the no of placements.

the student becomes eligible after the 7th sem for placements if he has no disciplinary action ongoing on him
the placements have been a bit sloppy this year but it is a nationwide phenomenon I don't exactly know the statistics but you can get that from your parents on the first week of December
4 crore was the highest package
the percentage of placement is enough I am planning on going for research.

7th-semester end we must apply for it with our resume. Eligibility depends on the cg criteria of the company one is applying for. I would do higher studies after my degree completion. 60-80 percent of the people get placed.

Placements are the best in this college. Students from the 7th semester get eligible to get part of the placements.
Companies like Optiver, MAANG, JP Morgan, TCS and many more such as 150 companies reach our campus during placements season.
Highest Package-2.5 crore per annum
Average package-22 lacs per annum

The placement of IIT Delhi is improving every year. This year we witnessed an average package of 12,00,000. Students can opt for placement in technology companies, primarily in the computer science domain.

Course Curriculum Overview:
I choose this course through my rank not because of my interests.
The faculty is about 10-15 in number and the department size is 70-75.
All the faculty are experienced. They have done their master's and Ph.D. from India as well as outer universities and everybody has worked in the biotech core companies.
There are 2 mid-semester exams and 1 end-semester exam per semester along with some quizzes in some courses. Paper usually is medium level and can be passed easily with the sincere study.

Placement Experience:
So it is among the finest college in India. It has a tremendously good level of placement of students relative to the other college students. Many companies come here and provide many packages and offer for students. You get placement after your 7 semesters and also after 8 semesters. Approx 90 to 95 per cent of students who sit in the placement round get placed. I also get my placement just after 7 semesters only.

Placement Experience:
The students are eligible for campus placements in their 4th year for a B.Tech and 5th year for Dual-degree students. About 200 companies visited for internships while more than 300 companies for placements. Some companies that visited were Microsoft, Google, Samsung, Nvidia, options, etc. with about 3-5 offers per company. The highest package was 2 crore and the average was 12 lakhs. about 90 percent of people that sat in the placement got placed on campus. I have plans to pursue master's in my core field after the degree.

How are the IIT Delhi hostel rooms?

The IIT Delhi hostel rooms are very comfortable and make you feel at home. The names of IIT Delhi hostels are based on the names of hill ranges of India- Aravali, Girnar, Himadri, Jwalamukhi, Kailash, Karakoram, Kumaon, Nilgiri, Satpura, Shivalik, Udayagiri, Vindhyachal and Zanskar. All the hostel rooms are two-seater. All the rooms are equipped with beds and almirahs. Water coolers are allowed inside the rooms during the summer season. The hostels of IIT Delhi are facilitated with a mess, washing machines, and drinking water supply on each floor. Here are some pictures of the IIT Delhi hostel rooms-
