IIT Delhi BDes admission 2024 are based on UCEED Exam score. IIT Delhi BDes Admissions process 2024 is open. UCEED round 1 of seat allotment has been released, selected candidates can choose the Freeze/ float option and pay the IIT Delhi seat acceptance fee by April 18, 2024.
IT Delhi BDes program is a 4-year course offered by IDC School of Design. With INR 9.69 Lakhs of total fees, the institute places students in top-notch companies with an average salary package of INR 20 LPA. The minimum eligibility required for admission is a pass in 10+2. Candidates are selected for admission based on their marks obtained in the UCEED exam.

- Candidates seeking admission to the IIT Delhi BDes program must have passed their 10+2 level board examination in the science or commerce stream.
- They must have qualified in all subjects with 60% marks in aggregate in their 10+2 examination from any recognized board of education.

IIT Delhi BDes Admission 2024: Admission Process

- First, the candidates need to register themselves on the official website of the college where they want to pursue the BDes course.
- By creating an application ID, they need to access the application form, fill in the necessary details, and upload the required documents along with the entrance exam scores.
- Next, after finishing the application process, the candidates need to wait until the college authority issues the first merit list. If candidates find their names on the list, they need to report to the college campus.
- Next, candidates might have to go through the WAT or GD round depending upon the institute, and also have to go through the interview phase which will determine their final selection.
- After completing all the processes, the counseling process will take place where the verification of documents will be done, and seat allotment will be done accordingly.

Candidates should also know the application process for the BDes program.
- First, candidates should go to the official portal of the college they want to pursue and see what the entrance exams accepted by that particular college are.
- Next, based on that, candidates must apply for the entrance exams on the official website of the conducting authority of the exam.
- Candidates need to score well and score more than the cutoff marks to qualify. And then they can apply for the course in that particular college.
- The candidates need to create an application ID, log in using the credentials, access the application form, fill in the details required, and upload the necessary documents including mark sheets for classes 10 and 12. Also, they need to upload their entrance exam scores.
- Next, before proceeding further, candidates need to see whether the details that have been put in are correct or not and then click on Proceed.

- I like how the campus was big and had all the facilities from sports to extra curricular there is everything you want to do.
- The seniors are friendly and whole environment is encouraging and helps in your growth
Dislikes
- The hostel wasn’t that good and air conditioning was not allowed. During peak summers you really can’t stay in your rooms.
- The pace of everything is pretty fast so you have to be mentally prepared for it
Fees and Financial Aid:
The total tuition fee for the general category students is 800000 including admission fee of 16150 . But there are fee waivers for different categories. I was from st quota so I I just had to pay the admission fees. The tuition fee was completely free. I had to pay the hostel and mess which was around 43000 for a semester excluding security deposits. Apart from that you also have to pay some fees for extras but that isn't much it's somewhere around 10000. The institution informs you about the scholarship during your studies. Considering a course like design it's cheaper than other institutions and the quality isn't compromised plus you get the benefits of IIT delhi.
