Faculty in my department are very good .i like the way of their teaching they are ready to entertain your doubts ready to take extra classes
The placements opportunities here are very good, as the college has some of the very best company connections thus helping us to have a bright placement opportunity.
Many scholarships are available you can avail anything one of my friends hot 50000 scholarship from ngo and it is perfect year .so that he can study well .

Dislikes

The internet was a big big disappointed, no wifi in cvr hostes );
I don't like the washing machines provided. they don't work most of the times and not good care is taken for them.
Food i was bit dissatisfied with mess food and bored of it

My opinion on IIT PATAN

Likes

The college life here in IIT patna is the one I liked the most
The clubs are very active and allows us the explore many new things
The faculty here are very cool and circulam here is well structured

Dislikes

The location of campus its 30km from patna and situated in a very remote palce

Placement Experience:

The campus placements start around August and continue for 2-3 months every single student definitely gets placed with a very good package. Many good companies like Google, Microsoft, Oracle, Paytm, and many more offer placements. The highest placement offer is around 1cr and we get a average of 30 lakhs package. It's 100% placements for circuital branches and 95% for others.

Life style of IIT Patna.

Likes

I like the way they received us and full supporting members.
Campus was so beautiful and not only studies they also help in sports.
Her researching also available if we study hard then they allow use to join with them in research.

Dislikes

Campus is far from the city. To buy something we need to spend whole day to get it.
Food is not to good nor too bad to eat. Canteen in campus are just 2 in number.
Cost of something is too high to buy like food, stationary, and also store is too far from hostel.

Placement Experience:

This time placement was too high for the B.tech branch. Amazon, Wipro, etc. 281 offers are made. 82.05 lakh and 29.30 are the highest and average packages. 70% of student gets placements. To do work on robots and gaming.

Huge campus and many sports to play and develop yous skills in right way very beautiful building gardens

Many place was underconstruction so there were some dirt also

3-year onwards students getting internship offer and good placement highest package was 1.37cr and average was 28.04 lac per year and percentage placement was varying from branch to branch but in my branch it was 94%.plans after degree to make a startup

the placements at IIT patna are excellent. after getting an internship in 3-year students are eligible for the placements this year our students are getting placed in google, bosch, oracle like companies with 82.05lpa. 80 per cent of students get placement. my plan is to take the placement and enjoy my life with my family after taking my degree.

Placement Experience:

Students studying in iit patna will be eligible for campus placement after the 7th semester and no. of companies visited in 2022 campus placement drive 154 and made 412 offer total for placement, the highest package of (0n campus) and 97 lacs (of campus ) from chemical engineering and average package of 28.50 lacs per annum, about 96+ percentage of student get placed in the campus placement drive. my plan after getting my degree is to prepare for UPSC.

96% of students got placed in 2022. 154 companies visited our campus and made 412 offers. The average package for CSE was 38 LPA and the highest package was 82 LPA (domestic) in 2022. Fourth-year students are eligible for campus placements.

from the 6th sem, in 3rd year we are eligible for the campus placements many of the companies visit every year for the placements like more than 350 average package is like 13.25 lakhs per annum and the lowest is 7 lakhs per year 99 percent are getting placed every year

our campus is a stress free campus , we have wide range of fests to participate,places to roam
our faculty are friendly with the students and creates a healthy environment around them.
our college infastucture is too good as compared to other 2nd gen IITs , we have AC class rooms in which lectures are being taught

Dislikes

our college is far from the city and being in bihar we don't have facilities for malls and movies here
as most of the college land is vacant we find grass and unoccupied land everywhere
as an EEE student our course will be tougher than other branches and includes stress as we go to next semester

Placement Experience:

According to my knowledge after the 6th semester students are eligible for placements. Google, Microsoft, Amazon and other companies visit our college and over 500 students were placed. Among them the least package was 12LPA and highest was 60LPA. ALMOST all students got placed, my plans after getting degree is to work as a software engineer, and settle well.
