- Here the faculty is very nice they are ready help when students need there help
- Here placements is so good and many top companies are approaching to the college students here having good opportunity for the placements average placements is about 13lakhs per annual combining all branches
- Many scholarships like fcc, nsp and others are student welfare related and do help the students alot.
Dislikes
- Scholarship are there for weak section of society.. my fees is somewhat between 140000 to 150000 years as i didn't receive any scholarship or anything.
- The hostel facility is not that great, there is a food problem in terms of taste and water problem in terms of hygiene, there are some issues with the internet also.
- The attendance criteria is really strict and the behaviour of the professors are not good

- I liked the New Gallery where our lectures are conducted
- The clubs and societies of this college are on par with other colleges and really helpful in all around development
- It's a lush green campus, hence you won't feel suffocated and would love the sunsets and morning walks
Dislikes
- The way things are handled in the campus
- The hostel and mess infrastructure is poor
- Everyone gives priority to cgpa and doesn't care if you gain practical knowledge or not
Placement Experience:
Students become eligible from 7th semester of their course. Whereas we start getting on-campus internships from 5th semester onwards. Top IT Companies visit the college for non-core placements and for core also several companies including PSUs visit the campus.

- i like the culture of NIT Silchar because here people from different part of country come
- here the faculty is very nice they are ready help when students need there help
- fee of NIT silchar is is not very expansive specialy for student whose family income is less than 1 lakh and sc st.
Dislikes
- i dislike most here is food of mess . it is not that much good.
- its lacation is very far from my home so it take to much time to reacch here
- i have expected that here extra activity will be very good but i am not satisfied cuuretly.
Placement Experience:
Usualy palcement of our college is good but after covid there is ression in market due to this placement in our college effected badely.before covidabove 95 percent cse student placed with average 14 lakh per annum salary and placement in other branch is also good. but afer covid placement is very low till now

- Environment of college the people and the surrounding.

- Condition of hostels mess food and the charges of mess fees.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I chose this course because it was my dream. The faculty and the students are good and cooperative but some are disturbing the faculty is highly qualified and they are the one who are the top faculties the term exams was a bit difficult.
