Our college is really neat and clean it is maintained well there are many trees and it looks so beautiful
Of now i am getting a scholarship from a trust which is located in karnataka.campus placements are also pretty good
Placement in this college is very nice the student with good academics can get the job in very good company

Dislikes

There is nothing in our college in name of scholarship for obc and general and even no financial assistance is provided and no job on campus .
Here they will conduct 2 fests named spring spree and techhnozion and after they won't even care about fests all they do is they do whatever they want it is stress full we can't enjoy our college life
Hostels are poor and not upto the mark,even the food in the mess in not that good ,they provide very bad food,no quality no taste nothing,one have to depend on the other sources of food to have proper health

We have central library, digital library where different kind of books are available to read and learn to explore through internet
We will be having cultural programs,fests,occasional programs on different occasions such as independence day,Ganesh chaturthi,etc..
There will be having different clubs for students to have fun, enjoy and relaxation from their busy schedule and there will be faculty students interaction meetings by which students could share their problems

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chosen civil engineering course of nit Warangal.The course curriculum schedule, academic schedule was scheduled perfectly on the basis of the students comfort .The way of explanation by faculty members in classes,labs, workshops,by surveying helps us to gain practical knowledge in the subject and the exam level will be above average and some are tough.

We have central library and digital library by which we could read different books and learn to explore through internet.
We have several clubs and cultural programs and fests during occasions to have fun, enjoy and relaxation from our busy schedule.
We have faculty students interaction meetings by which students could share their problems to their faculty members and boys to girls ratio is approximately 40:18

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chosen civil engineering course on my interest and the course curriculum, academic schedule was perfectly scheduled on the basis of students comfort and there will be given assignment, practicals, surveying, workshops,labs to explore ourselves more into real world ideas and the exam level will be above avg and some are tough .

I actually liked the lab facilities faculty managing the classes
Also loved the sports facilities and the ambience
Special mention for the food court for all the foodies

Dislikes

Hostel aren’t maintained for 1 year students
No proper response to queries regarding the hostel
Mess food is below average and uncleanliness

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are top notch for my branch it is 20LPA median for ece it's 24.40 lpa median and for cse it's around 27 lpa median so collectively it's the accuracy and major chunk getting 1.6 lakhs to 2 lakhs per month is something magnificent

The NITW journey

Likes

The campus is a great place to just wander around in our freetime.
The library is a great place to study peacefully.
The stadium is a great place to play outdoor and indoor sports like tt, cricket, football

Dislikes

I didn't really like my hostel room, it was too small for 2 people.
I didn't really like that the ac auditorium is small to host function
There is no swimming pool in the campus, that's not good.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are applications of physics which are taught to us in engineering physics. The application of electromagnetic fields is a core concept which is interesting and applicable to electrical engineering.

Beautiful campus with large area .main building area and area called time square is best!!
Faculties are good and qualified and helpful.
You get great exposure here with internships and placements and to devlop other skills as well

Dislikes

Hostels rooms are very small with very bad washrooms
Mess food is also not that great -lot of oil and no system for management

course curriculum is just fine with each subjects from all branches in first year like programming, biology, emf etc.they have minor in their curriculum from second year which is very helpful in terms of internships and placements

Likes

The students and faculty are very friendly
lot of facilites for students to enjoy and have fun
amazing celebrations during festivals and insane programs

Dislikes

hostels are a bit run down but adjustable
curfew timings are present and you cant go out after 11 pm
food can be a bit disappointing sometimes

Placement Experience:

Campus placemets are great, As of year 2023, NITW has a campus placemet of about 90% in the course of EEE and similarly in other courses also with very generous packages of around 20 lakhs per annum and above

NIT WARANGAL EXPLAINED

Likes

Faculties are highly educated all the faculties are from the top IITS AND NITS
Girls to boys ratio is mostly equal among college.
Events are conducted frequently whether it is a college event or other events such as festivals being celebrated which is worth it.

Dislikes

There is a little bit of partiality among students.
Some of the teaching staff give a little bit of more attention or sympathy towards the students of there mother tongue.
Some of the infrastructures are very old and need to be reconstructed.

Placement Experience:

Some famous companies are as ITC , ORACLE which visited the college and mostly 70-80 percent students are placed every year. The highest package is around 80 lakhs per annum and average is around 8 lakhs per annum. Profiles offered are such as data analyst, etc .

Infrastructure is excellent in nitw for every branch there is a seperate building
Lush green campus and well maintained playground with stands
Faculties are supportive enough and well expertised

Dislikes

Obviously there is 80% of attendance criteria in nitw
Due language barriers there is a lack of social interaction
There is no proper social interaction by the respective communities

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for internship after the second year and percentage of students getting placement is 85 to 90 % . Many big companies like JP Morgan, Microsoft, Google, sprinkler infosis Amazon etc visits for campus placement my plans after getting my degree would be to do tech job in big companies the highest package is 88 lpa in this year 2023 and the average package is 12lpa

Teachers are very supportive and helpful
Internship opportunities after first year of M.Tech almost all get opportunity for intership and Placement also very good
Hostel facility are good as NIT Warangal 1.8k hostel is very big hostel among Asia and all facilities are good enough

Dislikes

Mess Food are very bad and test are not good too much oily.Also Mess is little much far away from Hostel.
Cafeteria is available but fast foods are not available in campus so u need to go outside for that

Course curriculum is good as first sem there are 6 subjects are second sem 7 subjects and 3 sem related to VIva and project progress and fourth sem related to final project presentation all subjects are related to design like Advance som,FEM, Optimization, Robotics, Product Design.Teachers inevery filled are well trained Two minor exam one mid and final end sem will happen in every sem

Campus placements are good when compared to other colleges and also as our branch priority decreases our placement CPA gets down, circuit and cse branches placements are good enough, But also other branches are keeping up in this race
