I applied for JNTU, OU, CBIT, VNR and CVR, GRRR and I got admission in CVR college. I got this college based on my eamcet score and I got a rejection from other colleges and the rank I got could not get me into those colleges under CSE department. The eligibility exam that is accepted by our college is eamcet and the rank below 10000 could get you into our college.

Choosing a college involves evaluating multiple factors , and each person's priorities are different . Here's a breakdown of why a student might choose MREC (stands for MALLA REDDY ENGINEERING COLLEGE) over other optins and some considerations about the admission process. WHY MREC? 1. ACADEMIC REPUTATION : MREC is known for having a strong faculty and good course curriculum in fields like engineering , which can be a big attraction focused on academic quality . 2. PLACEMENT OPPORTUNITIES : MREC has a history of partnerships woth many reputed companies for companies placements . If a student prioritizes job opportunities and connections to the industry. 3. COST OF ATTENDANCE : Compared to some private colleges , MREC might offer a good balance between tuition fees and value , which is a signficant factor fpr many students .

I choosed this college on comparing my TSEAPCET rank previous year cutoff. and suggest this college those who scores the rank in between 75k -95k. on counselling process i choosed many other colleges , including this one. finally this is the best one i choosed. excluding this college i got alloted in another two colleges , but by finding these 3 colleges i concluded that this is best fits for me. And those two are not my cup of tea. Admission Process: written test conducted by government of telangana named TSEAPCET , scoring eligible marks, attending counscelling process, entry of web options, getting allotment order, online self reporting, and oflline self reporting... For entry of web options make sure and be careful.

Unfortunately, the ground reality is very grim for TS PGECET candidates. For example, there is a candidate who marginally cleared GATE, and then, there’s another who scored rank 1 in TS PGECET. Both will have their names on the counseling list, but the GATE qualifier will be given priority over the TS PGECET topper. This makes your chances of getting into OU and JNTUH very slim as the competition is quite high for both these colleges.
Unfortunately, there is no proper answer to this question. In reality, GATE qualifiers are preferred by JNTUH over PGECET rank holders. Even Rank 1 in PGECET can not guarantee your admission to JNTUH.
But to give you a concrete number, you must get at least rank 50, unless you want a less popular branch like Biomedical Engineering. But then again, most of the seats are filled at JNTUH by GATE qualifiers.
It will be better if you prepare for GATE instead of PGECET, to get an M.Tech seat in JNTUH or Osmania.
In JNTUH, a rank below 5000 is likely to get you a seat in any branch of the top 5 colleges in Hyderabad. JNTUH College of Engineering, TS-EAMCET Cutoff 2022 for various categories is listed below. The overall cutoff for TS-EAMCET is 409 - 34063 rank.

To get a rank below 500, your score must be above 90. However, the exact score varies depending on the level of difficulty of the exam. But to stay on the safe side you should target 100 out of 160.
Depending on a person’s reservation category, their rank in TS EAMCET has to be <10k for them to get a seat in JNTUH. For cap-category students, the rank cutoff is extended further. Even if you get above 30k, some branches will be open for you. During my brother’s admission a few years back, around 55k students got into the Metallurgy Department.
Thus, as a cap quota candidate, you can get a seat in JNTUH even with a rank above 30k, but this may vary if you wish to get into a particular branch.
