TS PGECET 2026 (Telangana State Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test) is conducted by JNTU Hyderabad on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) for admission to ME, MTech, M.Pharmacy, Pharm.D (Post Baccalaureate), and MArch programmes in colleges across Telangana. Candidates must complete registration at pgecetadm.tgche.ac.in before the deadline to be eligible for seat allotment.
• Web Options Entry — Pharmacy Phase 1: After registration closes, eligible candidates can fill their preferred college and branch choices from August 4 to 6, 2026. In the 2025 cycle, the pharmacy counselling web options window was also open for exactly 3 days.
• ME/MTech Phase 2 Counselling: Phase 1 ME/MTech and MArch reporting closed on July 24, 2026. What is TS PGECET 2026?

TS PGECET stands for Telangana State Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test. JNTU Hyderabad conducts the exam every year on behalf of TGCHE (Telangana State Council of Higher Education). TS PGECET 2026 Result and Rank Card

TGCHE declared the TS PGECET 2026 result on June 5, 2026 — just 5 days after the exam ended on May 31. This was a noticeably quicker turnaround than 2025, when the result came on June 26 (about a week after the June 16–19 exam). The earlier 2026 result date also pushed the entire counselling cycle forward, with ME/MTech Phase 1 registration starting as early as July 2.

You can download the TS PGECET 2026 rank card from the official portal (pgecet.tgche.ac.in) by entering your hall ticket number, date of birth, and the paper you appeared in. Keep multiple printed copies ready — the rank card is mandatory for both online registration and physical reporting during counselling.

Age Limit

There is no upper or lower age limit for TS PGECET 2026. Any candidate who holds the required qualifying degree and meets the academic and domicile conditions is eligible to apply regardless of age. Final-Year Appearing Candidates

Candidates currently in the final year or final semester of their qualifying degree (BE/BTech, BPharm, or BArch) are eligible to appear in TS PGECET. • Step 1 — Register on the Portal: Visit pgecet.tsche.ac.in and create a new account using your name, mobile number, and email ID. You receive a reference number and password to log in and fill the form.
• Step 2 — Fill the Application Form: Log in and enter personal details (name, gender, date of birth, address), academic qualifications, and the test paper(s) you want to appear in. You can select more than one paper.
• Step 3 — Upload Photo and Signature: Upload a recent passport-size photograph (JPG, under 50 KB) and your signature (JPG, under 30 KB) in the prescribed dimensions. Poor-quality or blurry uploads lead to form rejection.
• Step 4 — Pay the Application Fee: Pay online using a debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI. The fee is non-refundable and paid per test paper.
