Course Curriculum Overview
Data Science Lateral is trending and to stay ahead of competition I chose CS with DS. All the big companies thrive on data and to do such engineering so thatbi could learn how to create and structure data through machine is what our course teaches us.
Internships Opportunities
Infosys, Amazon, and Tech Mahindra are among some of the companies which hired students of our college. They keep on adding and with no less stipend than 15-25k a month for internships. Some students also bag PPO directly from there.
Placement Experience
Over 250 companies came in 2025 placements drive and this is again a little conservative figure as even after such a huge contingent of engineering 90% studnets were placed in Hyderabad itself which is now known as the coding capital of the world.
Fees and Financial Aid
Sanskrit Group of institutions of whom the college is a part of is termed as one of the best engineering colleges of Hyderabad. The fees is 54000 as tuition fees per semester and with additional charges and all it still is just 65000 a semester.
Campus Life
Dyna is our annual traditional fest and besides that we have events ranging from 4-6 every semester. Our 12 acres big campus has one canteen two seminar halle and nearly 15 sports with proper sports facilities. Also the coaching facility is there and it is all free for students of the college.
Admission
Admission process is through Andra Pradesh State Examination for Engineering. JEE Mains is also a way and over 70% who have scored in maine stands eligible for admission here. I also got it this way and likewise many others too.
Faculty
IITians are the only ones as below that I don't think one is even qualified to teach at SCET. Not just their degrees but their level of understanding and maturity is such that they make learning so easy. Professor Anshuman Reddy is my favourite.
Night Life
Our college is located in Ghatkesar which is around 30kms from my place. However, since college is famous and a lot of high end students study here many cafes like the Uppal Cafe and Dominos have opened up close to our college and these are places we hang out at.
