The college placement committee assists us in identifying the best company for us and guides us throughout the placement process. Our batch's highest package was 45 LPA, and the average package was around 16 LPA. In addition, the college committee invites start-ups for placement so that students can be placed in start-ups and gain knowledge. During the campus drive, companies such as Accenture Japan, Google, Microsoft, MTX, Rakuten, TSMC, Tech Mahindra, Google, and others visited the campus.

To be frank enough the placement of IIT is very excellent. Not only did the industrial leader visit the campus but IIT Hyderabad also promotes start-ups to take part in the recruitment drive. Remarks:
It was definitely under the IIT brand which made me feel inclined towards it. I went through all the faculty list and everybody seem to be doing interesting research. All faculties are young, smart, enthusiastic, considerate and very approachable. The curriculum design is superb as it does not put a lot of pressure on the student. I answered GATE exam in February 2019, got my results in around April and applied to the college around the same time. The application process at the time did not require an interview although it is required right now for non GATE intake.
Remarks:
IIT HYDERABAD has a very good infrastructure and has NIRF rank of 8 , overall world best colleges rank around 600-650 and having a very good research facilities when compared to other iits. IIT hyderabad deals lot of industrial projects which helps students in exploring the industrial knowledge.

Although every department of IIT Hyderabad offers top-notch education, it’s the EE department that steals the show. There are many unique aspects of this department that make it one of the most coveted branches of IIT Hyderabad.
- The fractal academic system is a unique feature of IIT Hyderabad that sets it apart from other IITs. You have no choice but to work hard and excel in all subjects. There aren’t mids and ends in every sem instead you have monthly quizzes to evaluate you regularly.
- There are many other strategies adopted to make the students work hard. For example, surprise quizzes in almost every subject are taken. These quizzes require the students to prepare before and after every class and also be regular to classes.
- The EE department helps convert theory to practice through a number of projects.
