IIT Hyderabad Review

I will be simple and clear to you why I choose IIT Hyderabad because of its IIT brand and IIT brand is a well-known brand in the world of education. You cannot doubt IIT and the placement of IIT Hyderabad is getting better and better year by year. The admission is based on the GATE score and shortlists candidates are called for an interview round. To fill the admission form we have to visit the official website of the college and pay the application fee of Rs 300/- and Rs 150 for SC/ST/PD students and for every female student.

IIT curriculum is of the highest standards. IIT Hyderabad's curriculum meets all the standards and industrial norms. The curriculum is not only full of theoretical knowledge but also helps us to do our own research under the guidance of concerned faculty. The curriculum is designed according to global industry standards.

The college helps you out during the internship program. The college placement cell helps you out to identify companies for you to do internships and the stipend for internship depends on company to company which ranges from Rs 20000/- to Rs 78000/-. As I was into research work so I spend my summer vacation in my research under the guidance of the concerned faculty.

To be frank enough the placement of IIT is very excellent. Not only did the industrial leader visit the campus but IIT Hyderabad also promotes start-ups to take part in the recruitment drive. That gives us an opportunity to be part of a startups group. Companies like Accenture Japan, Google, Microsoft, MTX, Rakuten, TSMC, Tech Mahindra visit the campus. The highest placement package during our batch was 55 LPA from Google and the average package was around 17.50 LPA

Education loan facility is also available and the admission department fully coordinates in the loan process. The college also provides scholarship on a merit basis and scholarships for SC/ST/PD student is also available.

The college campus life is great. There is a supermarket in the faculty tower of the campus which is accessible by both faculty and student both. The regular college activities like sports events and fest in the college are held which keep the student busy. The Volleyball, Badminton, Tennis Court are well maintained. The library of the college has many books from different authors and the international journal is also available.

The hostel is very well maintained and very clean. The food in the mess is very delicious. The cuisine is from every corner of India. The rooms are well maintained and available on sharing basis. The hostel has 24 hrs high-speed internet connectivity and all the basic facilities are available for students.

The faculty is very excellent. Most of the faculty are young, enthusiastic, very knowledgable, and approachable. They also motivate students to take part in extra-curricular activities and guides student in developing their personalities. The teachers also help students in their research work.
