IIT Hyderabad my personal experience

Curriculum is great no doubt. Like if you started studying the particular subject you'll definitely get interested in. The difficulty level is high obviously but students here manages somehow and get consistent with the course.

Here the placement is good not great. It all depends upon the market. Here many companies come like Qualcomm, Micron, Samsung, Nvidia and many other big companies. 70% of students get placed every year.

For the Mtech program, the per semester fees is around 55000 and we get stipend per semester is 74400. For SC/ST only 5000 tuition fees is waived off. All the mess and hostel fees are included in this amount.

The social life is very great here. There are many clubs which keeps busy us whole year. Fests are really mind fresher. Every sports are played here at very professional level. There are separate ground and courts for each amd every sports available here.

Rooms are really good. In 1st year we get double occupancy room but after completing 1st year we get single accommodation. Room have all the basic need to be fulfilled like ethernet and radiant cooling system. Hostel registration is done at the same time of the admission.

The admission process includes the entrance exam of JEE for btech and GATE for mtech. I choose IIT Hyderabad because of its innovation. It is the most fastest growing IIT in India. Many research papers are being published and it is getting ranked up on the NIRF 8 ranking.

Faculty members are highly educated some are from Stanford or NUS all are great in their own field. The grading system is mostly relative grading. Most of the class works are done by the TAs only teaching in class is done by the professors.

Nightlife is the best in IITs. You can roam around 2AM and see crowd at canteen. Canteen is the best hangout place. There's many cafeteria around the canpus. CCD Domino's Monginis Isthara all are available here.
