Course curriculum is student beneficiary. Each semester in the first year has 5 theory subjects and 2 labs. The course work will helps in the research way and to well prepare for industry. Assignments were also given to practically implement the things.

Many campanies like Synopsys, Qualcomm, Druva come for hiring. They provide stipends raning from 40,000 to 1,00,000 per month. They offers roles like SDE, ML Engineer and Cloud Engineer. These roles are preinformed before attending the PPT and online assignment of those companies.

There are many placement oppurtunities like internships and FTEs. The drives for internships will start from the second semester of first year. Students were shortlisted for drives based on the CGPA. Companies like Micron, Qualcomm, Synopsys, Druva visit the campus for hiring. The numbers of offers they provied will not be static. The highest package is about 38 LPA and avg is about 19 LPA. 90-95% students are placed in the previous batches. My plan after getting a degree is join in a corporate to showcase my talent and make contributions to the projects.

My admission is based on self-sponsored category. The fee for first semester is 1,02,500 and 43000 for hostel. The hostel fee is split into various options like hostel room booking fee, mess charges. The fee for next semester will be 60,000(course fee) and 27000 for hostel. The students who get admission through CCMT, will get some reiumbursement. Like students belonging to ST category, they will have zero course fee.

There are many clubs like music club, dance club, art club which are organized by students for the students. Technical and cultural fests were held on regular basis. The campus has a huge library. It has many books related to all UG and PG courses. There are also computers in the libray to access digital books. Sports are also most encouraged in the campus. May intra and inter college tournaments are also held.

There are seperate hostels for boys and girls. In the campus, there is the most famous 1.8k boys hostel. It is a 9floor building and has the capacity of 1800. Its the largest hostel in the Asia. The rooms will be allocated to two or three people based on the availabity and requests. The mess serves variety of foods. The items include famous dishes across the India. To get a hostel, we need to go to the hostel office. There are also may PG and rooms around the campus.

I applied to many other colleges like IIT Hyderabad, IIT Jodhpur and NIT Calicut. I could not clear the exam of the IIT Hyderabad. I got offer from IIT Jodhpur, but I did not choose it becuase of its fee strcuture and distance from my home town. I chose NIT Warangal over other colleges, is because of the placement statistics. For getting admission through Self -sponsored category, we have to apply in the college portal. Then they will be releasing the shortlisted list for the exam. The exam syllabus is same as the GATE syllabus. Then those who cleared the exam will be called for the interviews. The cutoffs are not fixed, they might change based on the applications they get in that year.

Every faculty in our department are highly experienced. All of them also have a great research background. Faculty are teaching good and are supporting a lot. Each semester has mid exams and end semester exams. There is also a faculty advisor to look after all the issues of the class(academic and non-academic).

There will be an interview for admission under self sponsored category. The interview questions are based on various topics such as DBMS, computer networks, TOC, programming. In my interview I was also asked to explain about normal forms on the board

The campus has gyms, libray , food stalls and a grocery store. The libray will be open till 9 in the night and till 12 during the examinations. There are also seperate gyms in the hostel blocks. The campus and hostel intimings are till 10 in the night. The famous hangout places in the campus are Dominos and the TIMES SQUARE. There are many stores and stalls around the campus, which are at walkable distances.
