Remarks
Positive point is that it's a really deciplined college. Even smoking /drinking in the campus is not allowed. Once caught doing it, you'll be punished for that. The greenary is one of the most things here.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is really good. It focuses on automotive engineering specifically. Includes different types of structures and vehicle body design and safety measure that we should keep in mind while designing the vehicle
Placement Experience
According to 2018 placement, there were 16 people that joined the course and all got placed. 100 percent placement almost every year. The batch strength is less that gives a strong chances of focusing on each student
College Events
Iee seminars were organized a few weeks back and different people from reputed companies like Tata motors, zf etc come for guest lecture and the latest development in the filed they're working on. Apart from that, college festivals are an integral part like technizion and springspree.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Among NITs, national institute of technology warangal is considered as the costliest one. Fee per semester is 35000 and the hostel fees are other charges that are 10000 extra. Mess fee comes down to 11000 almost per semester.
Fees and Financial Aid
For sc/st/pwd students, tuition fees is not applicable so they won't have to pay the hostel fee. Just the mess charges and the hostel fee are to be paid. Apart from that, different scholarship programs are conducted for fee concession if we qualify that.
Campus Life
College campus contains 2 graoud with night light for night cricket and other sports. Different kinds of sports meet get conducted. 2 volleyball courts are tennis courts are there with good pitch and maintainence.
Hostel Facilities
First years are provided with 1.8k ultra mega hostel whose capacity is 1800 people. 8 lifts are there in the hostel with 9 floors. And the hostel includes facilities like washing and food street and night canteen.
Alumni/Alumna
Seniors are juniors are treated equally but the alumni network isn't strong. It's mostly like till you're in the campus you can take help of the seniors with different projects or experiences. But that's a personal choice to stay in touch with them after that.
Faculty
The faculty is really good. Since nit warangal is one of a kind itself, it also has a reputation for supportive professors and staff. Practicals are preferred as they believe in practical knowledge than theory more.
